Very poor service they just want money not much help Very hard contact them !

It took more than 2 years to the legal team to really overlook my case

One of the most incompetent legal team, and a reckless one too. They makes mistakes time after time and lie again and again to cover up. They have customer service representative who will give you the same response speeding until there is an update then the legal team takes weeks to respond. An you need to follow-up regularly till the last step to avoid major delays.

I had a H1B transfer recently and Greg was assigned to work on my case. He did take care of everything smoothly and he was very frank and quick in response after understanding my situation, he definitely is a great asset to EnvoyGlobal. I hope this review reaches him

1) Very incompetent attorney assigned for my case, who did not file my amendment for almost a year and got to know on the day of visa interview. My company notified well in advance to file. 2) For my PERM, in April 2023 the portal gets updated that the Prevailing Wage is approved and started the recruitment phase. After 2 months in June, they realized that it was denied due to their manual error. And resubmitted and started the process all over again. I am still not confident that it will be done this time. 3) For any question asked in portal, they do not answer what was asked and have to follow up to get some response.

This company is not reliable and non accountable.

If I relied only on these guys my GC application would have been denied. Very bad experience with these guys. My GC process took too long I told them check up on my 485 process they keep tell me it will take upto 36 months and did do much. Came to find out from local senator’s office later my RFE was sent by USCIS (I never received) 5 months ago.

Will never recommend this firm. Very poor service , no SLA with delays and attorney doesn't have clue what they are doing. Not sure if this business was open to support the customer or to inflect the pain as per my observation :)

I am a ENVOY customer. They take a day to respond and even then I didn't get a response about what I requested. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service and the lack of clarification about my case.

They handles my company immigration tasks. Being in touch with them for all my questions and queries from last 4 years. No issues till date. Get response from them promptly.
