I would definitely recommend using the Envoy platform. I love how efficient the process is when cases are created as well as having everything housed in one platform. I also appreciate the notifications and communication with legal.

I am an HR Manager and have used Envoy Global at two different companies. I could not write more of a glowing review for them and hope this evokes how much easier they have made my life. Their services are almost too good to be true, honestly. Don't quote me if the billing changes :) but Envoy is free to sign-up for an implement - you can track employees on visas in their system for free and they automatically send email reminders to admin and the employee starting months ahead of visa expiration - no manual tracking needed. Second, their communication board is also free. There is an account rep, an attorney, and customer service agents assigned to your account and you get FREE answers. They even review our I-9's for us when we get paperwork we are unfamilar with and unsure how to complete the form. The communication board is also free to employees, relieving me of giving them wrong info or playing the telephone game. Lastly, (and I think this is how Envoy makes their money), I have used them to take care of several sponsorship cases including H1B, TN, and Greencard. I have also worked with outside counsel and done all the paperwork on my own, and it was miserable. Going through Envoy for sponsorships has made my life SO much easier. They essentially do all the work for you, but any small (and I mean SMALL) task that they require employee or employer assistance on is assigned to the appropriate person in the portal employee/employer get an email alert to take action until it is complete. Again, I cannot speak more highly of them - the service they provide in terms of offerings and customer service experience is always nothing less than excellent. SIGN UP!

We've worked with Envoy Global for a little over 2 years and have had an overwhelmingly positive experience with their immigration services. The online platform and technology is very easy to use, tracks all our current and upcoming cases, cuts down on handling physical documentation, provides secure Cloud storage of all our employees documents. In addition, our employees have access to track their case, be in constant communication with the immigration team directly instead of going through our HR, and have benefited from the quick process of their cases. I would highly recommend Envoy Global to any company that's looking to streamline their employee visa/immiagration program.

Envoy Global handles all immigration related matters for my employer and my experience has been nothing but pleasant so far. From timely communications on case related matters to clarifying any questions related to immigration, their lawyers have been efficient, courteous and professional.
