I cannot put into words how thankful my husband and I were to have worked with Mario Cordova. From the very beginning, he was just on top of EVERYTHING. He was able to find a buyer for my home before it even hit the market. I got the full asking price which is AMAZING. A week later he found us our DREAM home. We then closed 24 days later on both homes. The whole process was super easy and non stressful. Mario was very efficient, knowledgeable, and professional. We liked that he expressed his opinions on each house and the neighborhood, and never tried to push us into a sale for the wrong reasons or make an offer that wasn't smart. He always kept in mind what my family and I were looking for and he exceeded my expectations. I will be recommending him to everyone I know.

Mario was there to help us from the beginning of our search to the end. When we thought we found the perfect home (twice) and they fell through he was disappointed for us but knew we’d find success. He understood both of our priorities and made sure we’d find the home that would make us both happy. We are now in our gorgeous home, with the chaos of boxes and half filled cabinets and couldn’t be happier.

Mario helped us find our Dream home! He was ALWAYS there to answer any questions no matter what time of the day it was. He was there every step of the way. He gave us so many pointers and helped us though our VA Home Loan process. He was great with our 6 year old son and was very patient. There were times I wanted to give up and at the moment I was about the throw in the towel, he presented the perfect house. We will be back for our next purchase and definitely recommend his services.

Mario is amazing to work with! He is very patient and was always ready to answer all of my questions along with all of my parents questions. As a first time homebuyer, I wanted someone to lead me in the right direction while looking out for what I wanted and was looking for. I felt like he had my back on the whole process and was even able to assist in connecting me to his contacts. I definitely look forward to working with him again in the future.

My family is so lucky to have had Mario as our realtor. He was able to meet our needs and presented us with a list of homes that would be a good fit for us. His patience and dedication to find us a home were outstanding. He's very knowledgeable about real estate in the area we were targeting. He's very approachable and almost like a friend to us. We've probably seen more than 20 houses with him due to our preferences but he remained patient. He's very responsive and he was able to adjust showings based on our availability. He worked with the bank and the lawyer to secure our house as well. He's the best realtor out there and we're spreading his name to our family and friends in case they need a realtor. The process of buying a house was definitely less painful because of his expertise, knowledge, dedication, and friendliness. Our family highly recommends Mario.

Mario is amazing!! He always gives honest opinions on the houses we viewed and stayed with us til we found the perfect one and we definitely did. I would highly recommend him. He is the best!!!

Mario is a smart, excellent, and knowledgeable person. He was very patient with us and was very friendly. He never hesitates to respond with facts even for our smallest queries. He took care of us well even though we lacked the first cut information on buying the house. He made sure we are comfortable with the home tours. He gave us a great amount of space and valued our thought process on finalizing the house. Mario immediately understood our needs and our taste for the house. I will highly recommend Mario to any of my friends.

When we decided to look until a possible move from Colorado to the greater Chicago area, we weren't sure where to begin! We requested via Zillow to connect with a realtor, and Mario was very quick to respond. Based on the features we told him we were looking for, he worked with us long distance to put together a list of homes to see on our very brief scouting trip. We had never been to the area, and Mario obviously knew the region very well. We only had one afternoon to spend with him, and we found the home we wanted right away! He seemed to know what would suit us better than we did. :-) We still had a home to sell in Colorado, and Mario helped us put together a contingent offer and navigate through the process. He had great networking connections and referred us to everyone we needed to complete the process and get us into our dream home. We'd most definitely recommend him!!

Love working with Mario! Mario is a top notch realtor who gets the job done! Definitely one of the hardest working realtors I know. If he tells you he's going to do something he does it. He knows the market and what it takes for himself and his clients to succeed. I wouldn't hesitate to send Mario business. I know if I do they'll be taken care of.
