I could not be happier with the service I received from Krohn & Moss in representing me for my lemon law action against Aston Martin. After recurring issues with an unreliable vehicle, I was referred to them by a past client. Although the outcome was not as expected (not due to any direct fault of Krohn and Moss) I was satisfied with the level of care and attention that went into my case. Because of the pandemic there was a huge delay in the courts and arbitration. Again no fault of Krohn and Moss. In life there are no guarantees but I would still recommend them if you suspect the dealer has sold you lemon. They will do whatever it takes to preserve your rights as a consumer. After much debate and numerous docs.... We finally settled with GM and have a settlement coming. Bryan Arcila and staff are really good at what they do.

Very rude, denied helping me before even hearing what happened it my car. Don't recommend even trying.
