EVERYONE at this office are cream of the crop! I had the best experience with Matt Pardy. After a car accident I was in horrible pain and soon after I lost both my parents I was a mess. Matt was so kind and went above and beyond to get me amazing treatment for my injuries and he really was my savior. He was there through the loss of my mother and was so patient and kind. He sat through tear filled calles assuring me everything will be ok and I cant thank him enough for that!!! I felt like I was priority One! To have an attorney answer every question no matter how situational is so helpful! I never felt ignored like some others do to there clients! I was treated like I was his only case! I cant recommend Matt Pardy enought you'll be takencare of!!!

John and I must have worked on at least 100 cases together. I (the litigation manager) always knew exactly what to expect, anticipate, in the case because he kept me informed. He was excellent in partnering with the adjuster. I knew he would never let me make a mistake. At settlement conferences/mediations, he knew how to take control or stand back, which ever was the best position for the matter at hand. The fact that he is well know and respected in the legal community gave us the advantage more than once.

Stephen did an amazing job for our family. I am a mother of two children that are with me over 80% of the time. I had gone to court for what should have been a routine child support adjustment when I was served with a motion to change child custody. My ex-husband brought his attorney to the hearing and I felt completely intimidated. I went to court thinking the records were just going to be updated, and left with the possibility of my child being taken from me. I was horrified and cried for a few days. Once I was able to compose myself, I decided to hire a lawyer to take the matter on my behalf. I am so thankful I contacted Stephen Foucrier. He met with me on several occasions. He subpoenaed the records necessary to support our defense and filed the proper responses. His thorough work on my case led to a result better than I could have hoped for. I have my children for the same amount of time and my ex-husband now pays more than before. I don’t think that would have happened without Stephen. Unfortunately, due to the nature of my ex-husband, I will probably have to contact Stephen again. Mr. Clark received a fantastic result on my behalf in a construction related matter. He was very informed on the law and the actual construction process. As someone in the construction industry, it was refreshing to speak with someone that understood the interworking’s of a construction project. I highly recommend anyone in need of an attorney to contact Geoffrey Hawkins. This is the second time that I needed representation from an attorney and quite frankly I was nervous because I had a horrible experience with my first attorney. I found Gregg through a friend of mine when I had an issue with my landlord about the return of my security deposit. He was understanding, personable and pleasant to talk to. Not only would I refer this attorney and his office to other but I have… to at least 8 other people. Through my experience, I was well informed, kept up to date, my concerns were addressed, issues were promptly taken care of and best of all… I was educated! My insurance company initially tried to patch my home from scraps in order to save themselves money. Their actions wore not only a breach in the policy agreement but downright wrong. The whole reason we have and are legally obligated to carry insurance is so that when things like this happen, they are there to help, and not try to squeeze by with the least amount of cost as possible.
Going through my claim with Mr. Dieker and his staff was the equivalent of going from initially total despair to confidently knowing that everything would be fine and just, in due time. I would highly recommend them for anyone going or starting the claim process. Call them as soon as possible, before you get talked into something that will cost you tens of thousands by the insurance company without you even knowing. A simple conversation could save you time, headache and untold amounts of stress. I have told Mr. Dieker and his staff to have anyone who wants to know more contact me directly as a past client, as I am more than happy to share my experience.

I have used Attorney Dieker in the past to represent me in an insurance claim where the insurance company questioned my integrity. Atty Dieker is very knowledgeable and keeps you focused, he represented me at an EUO- examination under oath,...shortly after the EUO was over, the Insurance co paid me! Good job Douglas Dieker!

I was hit by an uninsured drunk driver back in 2002. I was seriously injured and had to go to the emergency room.
Even though I had $100,000.00 in medical insurance through my auto insurance, they wouldn't pay for the ambulance or the emergency room or the treatment that I got after the accident. They kept saying that they didn't get the forms from me even though I sent them to them several times.
Eventually I got taken to collections because of the unpaid bills. McCormick and Murphy sued my insurance company for not paying my bills and it went to a jury trial where a jury awarded me over $974,000.
The judge then added interest to what the jury awarded and he entered a judgment in my favor in the amount of $1,348,693.86. McCormick and Murphy did a terrific job for me.

A few years ago I contacted Ms. Djordjeski as a recommendation from a friend for some house leasing issues I was having. She was hired by my husband and I to review our lease and help settle some disputes between us and our landlord at the time. She was super educated, eloquent and down to business. Jeff was quick to respond to ALL my emails. Sometimes if I sent him an email late on Friday he would return them on his weekend. As most people know workers Compensation cases take quite awhile to become finalized. You really get to know your lawyer when things take 18 to 24 months to resolve. Jeff was great all the way thru. I would recommend him to anyone who has a Workers Comp- case or other legal claims.
My Workers Comp case was NOT A LARGE one, but Jeff made me feel like I was a important as someone who had a much larger case. Thanks again to Jeff Bert and the Brooks law firm of Rock Island, IL.

Recently we were hit with an outrageously frivolous civil lawsuit. As someone who never had any experience with the court system, we had no idea where to start. We only had 3 weeks to hearing and I frantically called every lawyer in town and surrounding area, but everyone was booked or wouldn’t even return the call. A terrifying place to be. I called this firm and I was promptly transferred to Mr. Schwartz. (WOW! A FIRST!) He listened to my story, asked me some details about the case. I emailed him the court papers and some of my supporting evidence. Quite a bit of it too. He took the time to evaluate the case, consult with his partners, and next day agreed to represent us on such a short notice.
Due to logistics, we ended up hiring a local lawyer. (and pray we didn’t make a mistake) Mr. Schwartz was extremely gracious when I told him we’ll go with this other person, wished me all the best, and said he would gladly assist me in the future, if the need ever arises. Not a word about his time spent on my behalf or mention of a payment owed to him. The humanity and character of this lawyer was absolutely astounding, especially after going through the despair of not finding any legal help anywhere else. I SO wish he was local!!! I felt comfortable talking to him, I didn’t feel rushed or a burden. He was not condescending, as most lawyers are I find out, but warm, patient, with a healthy dose of humor, which God knows I needed, didn’t make empty promises, but gave me a realistic picture of the process involved. (also a sobering one). Now, that I blew my chance to have him in my court, if I only get lucky enough that he would not represent the plaintiff! That’s how good I think he is.
A shout out to all unresponsive lawyers/firms out there: take a lesson from this gentleman on how to treat a potential client in distress. Return the call in a timely manner, even if you won’t take the case: just say so! It’s common courtesy, so we can move on to the next person.
In my experience with him, Mr. Schwartz proved to be an absolute 10* first class act. Highly recommend him (just not to my plaintiff…)
