I honestly can’t say enough about this law firm and all the people who work there, it’s a true team and family vibe. Everyone pitches in to support you as a person, to work hard on your case and to try their best to get you Justice.
They work so diligently to effectively communicate with you every single step of the way. Attention to detail and kindness, infinite amounts of both knowledge and passion for their clients, cases and causes.
Professional but relatable NOT stuffy which is so important, I wanted to be a part of my case and understand everything and have a say, not just be a person in a chair that is talked about, and talked at but never talked to…and they delivered! I was included in everything and most importantly I WAS HEARD by my amazing team of professionals especially my lawyer Matthew Carney who was literally amazing!! He passionately defended me when opposing counsel was coming at me disrespectfully. He fought hard and was realistic with me and always told me the hard truths in the nature of my case. I honestly have never felt more confident putting something so important into the hands of others before but they handled my case as if it were their own. Matthew, took an my highly complicated case. (I had previously hired, several other attorneys from T.V)., and they failed to get me any results.
Matthew fought hard and long; putting his 150% into resolving my case. My personal injury case, was complicated due to the misfortune of obtaining attorneys that promised me the stars. These attorneys wanted the results now, they were not willing to fight for me and my rights.
I was blessed to have found Matthew and Carey and Leisure. When, my case was settled after 4 years, due to the negligence of the prior attorneys. Matthew was able to get me a more than fair, settlement.
Matthew helped obtain my dreams and many miracles. Not, only did Matthew put his 150% into my case; he and the Carey and Leisure Firm treated me and my family with respect, kindness, and when I did not understand some legal issues; Matthew took the time to explained my case thoroughly.

Mr. Adkins handled my child custody case. He did a tremendous job and everything worked out to my satisfaction. His knowledge of paternity cases is vast and his fees were very reasonable considering the large work load he handled for me. Mr. Adkins' office staff is very professional too. Attorney Russell Dohan just handled a tragic accident involving one of our family members. It was resolved quickly and the firm was so easy to work with. It was the best case scenario. Through my years I have dealt with several different attorneys. Russell Dohan is the professional attorney that I have ever dealt with. Russell reasearched all aspects of my case, he kept me well informed about everything going on. Both in the court room and out he is very professional, curtious, respectful, etc. I can not say enough good about him, so if you are looking for an attorney that will work with you on your case then he is your man. If not for his dillegence on my case I would not have ended up with the settlement that I received, which I am very happy with.

Mr. Page helped me to settle my car accident claim against two very difficult insurance companies. It was a long process due to its complication, but Mr. Page walked me through the whole process. At one point, he told me if this were going to the court, he would still stick to our original engagement letter (you know most attorneys charge differently for the trial) just because he could not stand what the insurance company was trying to do on my claim. Fortunately, my case got satisfactorily settled without going to the court. I think he probably should have retired by now, but I would highly recommend him because he knows what he does and more importantly, he has the ethics that are the key to everything. I am a grandmother with guardianship of my 9-year-old granddaughter. A former male baby sitter of hers attempted to gain parental rights and appealed my guardianship. An attorney in Visalia recommended Mr. Baxter as the best appeal attorney in the region. He told me he usually doesn't handle family law cases, but he would take mine. Bottom line: He won the the case for me. My opponent's appeal was dismissed. At the outset Mr. Baxter told me how long it would probably take, how much it would probably cost and what the likely outcome would be. He was sincere, compassionate and very knowledgeable about how the appeals court works due to his vast experience with appeals. He inspired reserved confidence in me, always letting me know at each step what COULD happen, but also what would PROBABLY happen. He knew the appeals judges were going to rule in my favor by the way they questioned him at the hearing. So, even though the actual decision didn't come out for a couple of months after the hearing, I was not too stressed out. I have worked with several other attorneys in the past, and I can honestly say Mr. Baxter is the best ever. He also didn't charge me for every little thing, and I could tell he was trying hard to keep the cost down for me, which I really appreciated. I would retain him again for any type of appeal case.

First, I need to admit that I never post any testimonials or reviews. However, I am so impressed with an excellent service provided by Attorney David W. Gordon that I decided to write this review.
As an expert in Automotive and Mechanical Engineering I have been working as an expert witness with the best product liability attorneys nationwide for over 15 years. They were large, multi million dollar cases and in each case there were several attorneys working with me. I prepared for them the extensive technical interrogatories that were submitted to courts for the defendants to answer and constantly advised these attorneys about various technical aspects. I have a pretty good experience working numerous attorneys. Obviously, I also met some attorneys with whom I would not work.
Mr. David W. Gordon has provided service for me for the last 4 years. He very successfully represented me (a creditor) in the several bankruptcy cases and on a number of occasions advised me in a business and liability related matters. Prior to meeting Mr. Gordon I used a 3 other bankruptcy attorneys and my experience with them was terrible. They were basically incompetent, unprofessional, did not do what they promised to do, would not communicate with me (even will not return my calls), and on one occasion gave me an advise that soon after the bankruptcy judge imposed on me a several thousand of dollars penalty for violating the bankruptcy court rules.
Mr. Gordon is the most professional bankruptcy attorney I ever known. I plan to use his services forever. He is very knowledgeable in bankruptcy cases and very successful in his litigation. He helped me a lot in every case and frequently in a short period of time. He communicates with his clients right away and returned my calls immediately after he had received my message. I must admit that sometimes I called him over the weekends and he did not mind that and responded right away. He is very particular and takes care about his clients in a really fantastic way. Mr. Gordon’s charges are very reasonable and I recommend him most highly to everyone!

We worked with Mark on a contract issues with a home builder and their in house lender. The mortgage company was blatantly violating the law and attempting to keep a large portion of our money that wasn't theirs. We were worried such a complex antitrust matter would take years to resolve... However, Mark met with us and provided a timely and in-dept analysis which clearly determined the lender was violating the law, allowing us the terminate the agreement immediately. The lender conceded and agreed to refund us. Having Mark saved us tens of thousands in up-front costs, not to mention over 100k in a predatory interest rate. Working in the legal field, I have worked with dozens of attorneys in the past. Mark is by far the most honest, responsive, and considerate attorney I've met.

My firm is a small business provider of IT services which had a service agreement with a large enterprise client.
