Mark was very diligent while fighting my case. Facing six felonies and three misdemeanors the outcome was not looking good. After hiring Mark, I was able to get only seven days in jail to be able to keep my job and participate in a drug court program. Mr. Trelevan is a wonderful lawyer! I am very pleased with the way he handled my case he gets straight to the point and got things done! I would recommend him to anyone in need of a lawyer. Attorney Benjamin Luftman represented me back in 2017. Im leaving a review now because back then i wasnt aware of how helpful and important reviews were and over time as i learned how important they were ive just forgotten to leave a review. Mr.luftman represented me back in 2017 for allegations that were made against me and without going to deep into detail what i will say is Mr.Luftman and his team were very kind. Answered any questions i had and were just the absolute best. While searching for an attorney i only wanted the best and this law firm was on top of the list. Even to this day. Years after everything has been said and done with the case in 2017 he continues to answer random questions down the line with the utmost honesty. Whether i like the answer or not. He doesnt hide anything. He was reasonably priced. He will be the one i turn to if anything shall happen in the future though i hope i may never have to call him again. I highly HIGHLY recommend turning to Luftman, Heck and associates should you need legal services. Attorney Chester has been referred to me by the online Montgomery Bar Association Referral Service. NO THE PHONE REFERRAL SERVICE, I have to underline that because they are incredible and do they best to assist. Back to Mr.Chester! I contacted him for a Condo Association dispute. first thing on the phone, He asked me what is the management company, I told him and he answered: " the company is owned by a good friend of his". Without being an attorney I spotted a conflict of interest right at the beginning of the conversation and the end of the conversation attests it and the lack of objectivity of this attorney. He found normal for a management company to hold a storage key of an owner for 2 years, He found normal a management company don't have and hold accurate and update paperwork. That management provide a 1989 ( 35 YEARS OLD) contract to be applied on a newly owned property of 2020. and so on.
I definitely DO NOT recommend this attorney.
He doesn't go to court to represent you or the law he studied!!

I was so lucky to find Morgan Lake when I did. I bought a Jeep in Puyallup, Washington, drove it for 4 hours on I-90, then watched one of its wheels suddenly sheer off it at the studs. Marc is an attorney with questionable ethics, integrity, and honesty, took on an immigration case for my sister-in-law, who was dealing with the U.S. Embassy in Kinshasa. He claimed to have handled similar cases and requested $3,500 from a vulnerable African woman. However, once paid, he began avoiding her and neglected the case entirely.
Despite the urgency of the situation, Marc wasted months without doing any meaningful work. By August, he had made no progress and consistently avoided meeting with us, claiming he was sick. In total, he only spent 2.5 hours with her, and even though we sent him over 45 emails, he never responded.
Marc has refused to refund the money and caused my sister-in-law’s case to miss critical deadlines. As a WMU alumnus and former resident of Kalamazoo, Marc is taking advantage of immigrant families. Please do not trust his services—he's only interested in taking your money. We ended up working on the case ourselves and left him with the money, but we know God is seeing him. DO NOT PAY HIM FULLY BEFORE THE END OF THE CASE.
