I found myself in a bit of legal trouble and hired Robert J Gonzalez as my attorney. During my consultation Robert asked me to pray for the case and pray for him and his staff which I did nightly. Robert and his daughter, Hailey and his office manager Belinda did a great job by getting my charges DISMISSED!

Hello Annette, I am writing list to ask if you know anything about the fellow residence that went stay at Butte Montana Acadia treatment center that drugged the Oregon girl they are still lying. They claim they were injecting children with Benadryl, but that’s all that big lie they were injected Children as young as five years old with clotpromazine hydrochloride Anyways, this place was so so terrible and they still have a corporation going, but this place is so terrible. Can we please get them closing that place was enough? There’s people here now that are dealing with the trauma that this facility has caused and it’s no joke

I hired Candyce Leeper in 2018 to take care of a real estate matter. I had entered into a contract to purchase a home from a private party. I gave her my down payment, paid the property taxes and insurance to her directly and never missed a payment. During the horrible storms we had in 2015 my home took on major damage. Considering my name was not yet on the deed (which was wrong) I was unable to get insurance on my own, Upon contacting the party I was purchasing from about the damage, she called the insurance and they came out and accessed the damage.
I continued to call the owner because I had not heard anything about the damage and she would constantly put me off.
All the while I had black mold growing on the ceiling in my laundry room, not to mention water leaking from an overhead light in the laundry room when it rained. I contacted Ms. Leeper and hired her to represent me and my interest in the property.
Ms. Leeper found out that the insurance company had paid the claim directly to the party I was buying the home from and they did NONE of the repairs.
Ms. Leeper also learned that due to the insurance pay out in 2015. The insurance had been cancelled and the taxes were not being paid! And no other insurance company would insure the house with the current damage.
Long story short, the house ended up becoming condemned due to the black mold Ms. Leeper was able to get my down payment back, all of the insurance monies I had paid over the 4 year period, the taxes I had paid over the 4 year period, as well as damages for my personal property that had been ruined. I was also released from my obligation to buy the house due to breach of contract on the part of the seller.
Ms. Leeper and her staff were superb in responding to my phone calls and walking me through the entire process. I was treated with the utmost respect and really felt that Ms. Leeper was looking out for my best interest.
I have since hired her to set up my will and trust.

Finding yourself in legal trouble stinks, but when you do you just want it to go away. Not living in the Bastrop area I had no frame of reference when I needed some legal support. After speaking with a couple attorneys over the phone my intuition was drawn to Justin. My teenage son got into some legal trouble. Fortunately for us, Justin was assigned to our case as public defender, to which our bail bondsman gave a thumbs up. Justin was efficient, but kind, and helpful throughout the process. He has a good reputation within the local legal community. I think Justin is one big reason why the charges were dropped.
Later, I hired Justin to help with expunging my son's record, which he did very capably.
Justin will be my go-to attorney when I need a lawyer with his skill set. Thanks, Justin!

Ms. Hoover has represent me and family members as well over the past 20 years from family law to criminal law and also assisted us in preparing Wills and other documents to protect our assets. She is extremely knowledgeable in the law and all aspects of it. She was very honest about what she could do for us given the circumstance of what we were facing and never made us promises or gave us false hope in any of our legal issues. She would tell us she would fight for us the hardest she could and if we had to go to trial she would try her hardest to come out victorious on our cases. I was blessed with the opportunity to meet with Attorney Vicki Hoover with a personal case a few years ago. A case that at the time was very difficult for me. From the moment of speaking with her she made me feel very comfortable and at peace. She was very understanding concerning my case, and I felt we had been friends for years. If you are looking for an attorney who will listen, work hard, and fight for you then I would highly recommend Ron Helson. When I hired Mr. Helson I was facing a third degree felony, a class a misdemeanor and going against a tough court. He provided me with a immediate sense of relief after speaking with 5 other lawyers who did not really want to help me with my case. Ms. Thiebeau represented me through my divorce and custody battle. In a world where many attorneys seem to focus mainly on money and loose site of how divorce and child custody issues affect their clients.... Ms. Thiebeau is NOT one of them. She the perfect blend of "motherly love" and assertiveness that anyone going through these life changing events needs. I feel she developed relationships with her clients to help them see the light at the end of the tunnel and to stay focused on the important things, providing much needed redirection when her client is operating out of anger, hurt or any other emotion that may be counter productive to the end goal. Don malarcik jr. Has worked incredibly hard on my case. With it still pending I can't get into details but he is worth every penny and then some. He knows the ins and outs of law like no one I've ever seen. He's a gentleman and a scholar in the courtroom but it is very clear to see the other attorneys admire and respect him when he walks in the room. He approaches the case like a chess genius moving 10 moves ahead and out thinking everyone around him. I hope after this case I never have to use them again but he definitely will be on retainer because I can't think of another person I'd rather have walk me through the legal process. Not only does he teach trial School in Wyoming but he's six and oh at getting folks off of the death penalty. His views from what I understand that even though someone may be guilty and they deserve to spend their life in prison we as human beings do not have the power to dictate who lives and dies. They will be judged by God and properly sentenced per God's decision.

My daughter has an autoimmune disease that makes living in a dorm extremely uncomfortable and difficult. For her second year of college, we wanted her to live off campus. Her college tried very hard to keep her from being able to do so. We hired Ruth to help advocate for our daughter, and she worked on our appeals as if she were part of our family! Marcus Van Wey represented me in a domestic violence and assault charge plus four other charges. He was so wonderful with me and he kept in touch with me every time court was continued. He did not judge me about my charges and was very understanding and very compassionate. Mr Van Wey got 5 out of the 6 charges dropped. When first approaching my divorce I must have tried meeting every lawyer I possibly could in order to find the right fit. I ended up knowing right when meeting him that this was the person I wanted to represent me in my battle that was going to be the worst thing I had ever in my life went threw. I walked in his office with a ton of anger from not being able to see my kids and all the false information being said about me. By the 3rd time I seen him I had my head firmly secured and was able to focus 100% on my goals. He was only a attorney yet made such a HUGE positive impact and set me and my children on the right path and not simply because he was being paid to do so. At many times he showed his genuine care, compassion and understanding. My kids grew to know his name and are still to this day very thankful for him. I am a father that now has my kids the majority of the time and can see to it the kids have a bright future. A few years have passed since concluding my divorce and I was forced to be right back in court for contempt that was so far from the truth. I figured I could try to find a cheap attorney to hopefully quickly fix the problem, 2 years later and thousands being wasted nothing was fixed. I once again hired Ken and the problem was fixed and luckily I am out of court again. I learned my lesson, any future needs he will be my first call!
