I was on the search for a lawyer that I could not only trust but one that I knew understood my heart for the situation and would fight hard for me to get it. From the very beginning Dana spent time learning the whole backstory of my case as well as listening to what I wanted most out of the situation as well as my fears. He was very clear about what might/might not happen and what to expect. On the day of I was impressed with the way he quickly made sure that the other party knew what I would and wouldn’t stand for making the rest of the process easy. He maneuvered through every obstacle with ease while explaining everything to me along the way. I have no regrets and was able to leave feeling like I was represented perfectly. HIGHLY recommend.

I called Dana and hired him to represent a family member in a DUI case. Dana looked at all of the discovery materials and one thing didn’t quite feel right to him. He requested follow up documentation from the DA’s office, who stalled and deferred for close to a year, postponing court dates multiple times. Dana didn’t back off, and the DA finally admitted that he didn’t have the media Dana was requesting.
He negotiated a favorable plea agreement that was far better than what we thought was possible. I’d hire Dana again without hesitation.

If you need an attorney, Dana is the one you need to hire. Dana was referred to me from a friend and WOW, what a great choice. From the first time we spoke on the phone until my court date was over, he was top notch. I've used many attorneys throughout life and he is by far the best I've used. If you are in need of a great attorney that will put your mind at ease, look no further. I had a probation violation in Franklin and it couldn't have went better. The way he handled himself in the courtroom to the way he always responded to my texts/calls, I never felt alone in my case and always felt he was fighting for me. He never once judged me but only defended me. He is a straight shooter and will get to the point. Definitely look no further if you are in need of an attorney. Mr. Felsen was absolutely amazing! He went over and beyond his call of duty for me, ended up taking on an additional surprise case, and stepped in for my bond hearing. He worked over the weekend to ensure my needs were met for my cases. He even delivered our evidence to the court room in a snowstorm for the next day. Mr. Felsen gave me both the pros and cons to each decision that would be made on my end. He was a diamond in a rough. I wasnt just another number to him. I could tell he truly cared. He also is a monster in the court room and knows law very well. He knows when to be aggressive. My situation is very weird and was a challenging one, but he came through and won our cases. I wish I could give 10 stars. Engaging Barry to help me with my 2 DUI cases was one of the best decisions I've ever made. Barry handled my cases effectively and gracefully. He has helped me to get the lightest sentences possible !!! I actually think the results were better than the lightest sentences possible. I was facing sexual assault charges and had plead guilty to a misdemeanor with another lawyer. With the plea, I was required to register as a sex offender. this was the absolute worst time of my life. My only chance out of this situation would be a successful reconsideration appeal. I hired Heidi last minute a week before my trial. I had a previous attorney and she was not a good fit. I was recommend Heidi through a women’s event. She worked fast for my case and last minute. She was professional to the point and compassionate. I did not feel judge and she was honest & direct. Mr. J T Hagans was an absolute miracle in my life. I had gotten into a car accident not too long after my sister had passed away and then shortly after I was diagnosed with a heart condition. When a car hit me, I just went blank and I didn't know where or what to do. I just kept driving which was a wrongdoing on my part. However, not only was he emotionally supportive and understanding, but he was was professional and provided me with knowledge about the law and what I could possibly be facing in terms of fines and fees. He basically broke every single thing down for me. He answered every phone call and email as busy as he was to reassure me that everything would be alright. He guided me throughout the entire process. If there is ANY attorney that I could ever recommend to a person whom is facing a traffic violation of some sort, I would STRONGLY recommend this humble, kind, intelligent and wonderful man. He is trustworthy and honest. I hate to say it but not many attorneys truly conduct their business in this fashion. What struck me most was that it was not so much about the dollar for him. In early 2021, I made one of my best decisions ever in retaining Barbara Thornell Ginn's law firm to represent me in the adoption of my stepson, whose life I entered in 2015 and whom I had raised since he was 18 months old.
Barbara was assigned to my case at the time and guided my wife and I through all of our available options from day one. Mine was a very complicated case as there was pending litigation involving my wife, the child's mother, outside of Florida that had yet to be resolved.
Barbara was able to confer with our out-of-state lawyer who had been retained three years prior to represent my wife in that matter. She never missed a beat. She and our out-of-state lawyer colloborated and conferred regularly, developing a very effective approach in the best interests of the child.
One of the many issues in dispute involved jurisdiction over the child and the two, semi-conflicting cases. Ultimately, the two involved judges conferred and agreed with Barbara's approach.
After two years of due diligence, coordination, hard work, and extraordinary legal acumen by Barbara and her firm, I was awarded the adoption of MY son (who is now nine years old) in late February.

Becky represents my brother in a nasty divorce and custody battle. He lives in Texas and his ex-wife in Las Vegas. Because of lies his wife told the hearings are held in Vegas. Becky put forth and continues to put forth 100% for my brother. Not only has she been able to show the courts what kind of lying, manipulative person his ex-wife and her family are, but she was able to get my brother custody of my niece and reduced visitation for his ex-wife to his daughter. Becky continues to represent him in a professional manner since his ex-wife continues to file motions to keep this in court and in her attempt to drain my brothers money and time and ruin his lively hood. This is one of the most difficult and worst cases seen in a long time by the courts and Becky because of all the lies and deceit told by his ex-wife. Becky truly is a fantastic attorney. After interviewing several attorneys, I hired Becky to handle my divorce. When I first spoke with Becky, she immediately calmed my worries and showed true compassion and empathy. She told me NOT to worry; that everything would be alright, and because of her expertise, everything turned out better than I expected. Becky even allowed me to pay monthly payments when other attorneys demanded payment up front.
Becky and Teresa, her paralegal, would keep on top of the numerous emails and plethora of documents I'd send and ALWAYS were quick to respond by either email or phone call. During the months we worked together Becky told me details matter of factly. She explained exactly what was going to happen and what I would expect with each step (requests for discoveries, settlements, going to court and with mediation). She explained everything so thoroughly I would share the information with my ex-husband as he had not been told by his attorney.
Becky did not sugar coat the information. She was always knowledgeable and truthful. She even gave me some "tough love" advice, which I needed as I was letting my emotions get the best of me.

I have been divorced now for over 10 years and since my divorce have gone through three attorneys. My first experience with my first attorney was horrible and no justice was served in my divorce; my ex wife walked away with everything including my children. Since then I have taken my ex-wife back to court and never really truly been able to get justice served. I recently retained Annette Cox Sandoval as my attorney in a custody battle with my ex-wife. My ex-wife was always used to winning and getting her way and justice was never served until recently when Mrs Cox Sandoval took over my case. Mrs Cox Sandoval was very good at gathering the evidence that I gave her an overtime put together an amazing case!!! My ex even tried to get jurisdiction changed after it being 10 years in Arizona to hometown of Nevada. Mrs Cox Sandoval fought for me and convinced our judge to retain jurisdiction in Arizona (which was key to my custody battle)! Recently we were set to go to custody trial and the day before our trial my ex caved in and settled. I finally got justice served and more importantly, my son is now happy and living with me and his family in Arizona!!!
Mrs Cox Sandoval is the best attorney that I've had and I will never have to worry again so long as she is in my corner!!!

WOW! I got myself in some serious trouble. I had 1st and 2nd degree charges. Thankfully my parents found fantastic lawyers at the firm of Robert's and Teeters. To make a VERY long story short, I hired a well known
Ocean Country defense law firm who's modo was that the whole firm was behind me. Again they were supposedly the best in Ocean County. They're website looked like they could represent OJ Simpson, it was so professional even a bit intimidating, at the time I new I needed the best so I hired them. The attorney who was assigned to me, wanted me to plead guilty to a petty shoplifting charge on the very first appearance and this was also my first criminal offense. That law firm charged me a large fee so there was no way I was simply pleading guilty, otherwise what did I even hire them for? I fired that lawyer on spot in front of the judge, and the court granted me another month to find a new lawyer. Thankfully I found Steve who helped me get this charge dropped to a non-criminal ordinance which was what I needed to continue as a nursing student. When I initially called Steve I was in panic, he told me to relax and we would figure this out and that's exactly what he did. I would recommend Steve to anyone seeking legal representation. I will be calling Steve again soon to help me with a record expungement. PS. Steves fee is fair and he will help you with arrangements if needed.

I was arrested and taken to jail with a DWI . I’ve never had any convictions or been in that situation before so everything was new to me. Not only to mention I’m a DACA holder, so everything and anything could hurt my status.As a young adult is hard to be taken serious due to our age.We still want this matter taken care off the best way possible because our future is on the line. I am 60 yrs old and This is my first review EVER! But this guy deserves it so here goes Don't even think about it ,just hire him!! This is the guy everyone wants!! I"m from New Jersey and I got a speeding ticket in November 2018, 95MPH in a 65MPH zone ( automatic loss of license)coming back from his wedding,they gave me a court date 4 months later,which I missed .I Got a warrant ,contempt of court, Loss my NC DL priviledges ,loss of NJ DL priviledges, $300.00 fine and still had the ticket! With one phone call to jane and such a super reasonable fee within 1 week Brian got everything dropped all suspensions reversed warrants vacated,fines dropped and original ticket reduced to 74 in a 65 and a minimal fine! He saved me MORE money than I pd him.And I never met him and he fought like a tiger, him and Jane treated me like family the whole time! Ms Carey is the consummate professional. I hugely regret not switching attorneys when another (medical) professional suggested I do so after I had retained an attorney and was in the throes of the challenges of securing legally entitled services for my child. I consulted with her, and she was kind, compassionate, and responsive. A great listener. She cared about my child more than my money. I ultimately decided not to switch which was a mistake, and I may still end up retaining her.
