I just wanted to leave a quick review here because I picked Scott because of the reviews on this website he is not only a good attorney but a good person I hired him because of a nonsense arrest in which I received an appearance ticket for, and when I needed to go get fingerprinted I was apprehensive and afraid to go on my own so Scott came with me which is something I'm sure most attorneys would not do so if you need not only a good attorney but a decent human being you can't go wrong with him. I appreciate the hand holding throughout this whole experience because I'd be lost.

Our son was falsely accused of Title IX violations at college. His future was at stake. We knew we needed to hire the right lawyer to defend him. We hired Scott and not only did he defend and advise him, but we won the case and all charges were dropped! The cost of hiring him was an excellent investment. After talking to many attorneys that were judgmental and left me anxious and worried. I finally spoke with Scott Limmer and he was so supportive, and did not judge the situation not one bit. He alleviated all my anxieties about it. He is reliable he answers back expeditiously and helps you get your case dealt with as soon as possible. In my case I went from calling lawyers to actually seeing court in a matter of 1 day. He cares about his clients and cares to alleviate their fears about the charge and process. He’s so honest he actually told me he wouldn’t want to take my case since a regular legal aid could take the case and there’s nothing to worry about and he wouldn’t want me to spend money getting something this simple resolved . He even explained what the legal aid would say and do along with the entire process. He advised me even though I was not his client and was giving me advice for another attorney. I immediately hired him ON THE SPOT and he gave me a discount since he felt it still unfair to take my money. I never spoke with a lawyer that actually looks out for your well being. I could’ve cried and I did. He understands that mistakes happen but also understands the unfairness of harsh punishments. The day of court I actually found out the case was already closed. And even though we spent 2 days prepping and talking over the phone the morning of he refunded me all of the money spent for his fee. He’s an angel and a godsent. He also understands the legal system extremely well and can explain it in layman terms which was a relief after talking to other lawyers that were rude, seemed almost annoyed to converse, were negative about the outcome, judgmental, and overpriced. Scott Limmer is the most amazing lawyer that actually cares about his clients and I would hire him again in a second if I ever got into any trouble. You should too!

In this "DWI Case" Danny made the "Substitution of Counsel" go real smoothly. As the transition took place, Danny hit the floor running...........knowing he had some catching-up to do. He was very knowledgeable, straightforward and down to earth in his approach with our son. We had no previous experience with the criminal justice system so Mr. Cotlar explained the process and everything that we could expect. I got a speeding ticket of 31 miles, yes 31 miles over the speed limit (71 in a 40mph) and Paul successfully kept it off my driving record, wow! Brian represented me many years ago in a high conflict custody case. I went through my share of lawyers and was almost always disappointed. I got to a point I didnt know whom to trust. Brian is an exceptional lawyer. He was amazing. Sadly, I didnt win my case, but he worked so hard for me and he was so compassionate and understanding with me as I went through the toughest and lowest time in my life. Fortunatley, it is all behind me now. It's been years and I still think of him fondly. And remember how well he treated me during a time that SO many in the justice system treated me poorly and judged me unfairly. Words cannot express the gratitude, the heartfelt obligation she provided for me during my fight for justice. She is the best.
I was wrongly accused of a violation of the law that I did not commit.
I was extremely emotional, I dealt with anxiety and panic attacks. She did not judge me, she comforted although I was having emotional breakdowns. I was able to rely on her judgements, her sincerity and her efforts to fight.
She reassured me my fight was her fight, and even helped me breathe though when I felt like I was an emotional wreck.
What matters the most in the event when I lost one of my twin baby’s to death she made sure she made appearances and decision that benefited me.

Kevin was assigned to my case as a public defender. If I had the money I would still definitely choose him. I had a criminal charge that I was worried would interfere with future schooling/job offers. I was so happy that he got the prosecutor to dismiss the case.
He's very good at his job and honest. Straight to the point about how he wanted to approach the case. I appreciated his honesty and prompt responses if I'd leave messages for him on the phone. Would definitely recommend him to anyone in a bind.

Finding myself in the worst situation I have ever been in, Kevin was there with me through the entire process. It would be almost impossible to describe exactly what he means to me and my family. The first time we met, he was very open and honest about what I was facing and more importantly what he intended to do for me. This never changed throughout the entire process. He is the only man that I would ever trust to represent me or anyone close to me in the courtroom. I won't go into many specifics in this review but I quite literally would not be able to be home writing this right now if it wasn't for Kevin. I hired Garguile when I received a traffic ticket with special circumstances. Basically, I was behind a landscaping truck in the slow lane that started losing debris out of their uncovered trailer. I was afraid to get debris on my car for fear of something coming through the windshield. When it was safe to do so, I passed on the fast lane and exceeded the speed limit in doing so. I immediately went back to the slow lane only to get pulled over for speeding. While I admit I was speeding, I did so for the safety of my family, and it was for seconds to get around the trailer that was not covered as it should have been spilling debris all over the road.
Garguile was very responsive, communicated great, and ultimately got the ticket dismissed.
I could have paid the ticket, but the cost of increased insurance premiums over time would have far exceeded the cost of Garguile - not to mention the special circumstances that I thought was a reasonable exception and wanted to prove my point to WSP.
Insurance companies profit billions of dollars a year, I didn't want to give them another reason to add to their greedy profits!

Muy mal organizados, mandan los papeles sin firmar a migración. Le echan la culpa al de migración se retrasa el proceso, tardan mucho en volver a hacer todo después se olvidan de uno. Migración manda documentos y ellos ni siquiera saben que ya los tienen. I worked with Tad on my case for a year! He would text me back weekend or not, super friendly. Explained the whole process of everything in a way I could understand what was really going on. I was accused of a crime I truly did not commit and he believed me. Unfortunately we could not prove a phone call conversion in trial we we settled for a plea. Went from 2 major felonies count 2 and a 3. Down to a misdemeanor 1, probation for 2 years that’s it. Great guy enjoyed working with him but hopefully I never see him again unless it’s a run in at the store.

I called Tad just days before my pre-trial hearing and he was nice enough to accommodate me into his busy schedule. He took my concerns very seriously and was very thorough in investigating all the details of my case. He was available at any time of the day when I had a question or concern. His law office is focused on trial, and not just pleading out. If you desire a plea bargain he will work to achieve the outcome you desire, but dont fear if you want to go to trial. He is dedicated and thorough and will work hard to achieve a positive outcome. My case was dismissed, but Tad a solid game plan, with motions for dismissal, and a trial plan if the case was not dismissed prior to trial. Mr. James Schumacher is very professional and very good at his job. This is the second time that he has saved me from going to jail or prison and saved my VA benefits from getting taken from me. He told me what he could do and then he went in there and did it without hesitation. I interviewed several other attorneys to represent my family member and decided on Robert. From our initial conversation he made me feel confident in his knowledge of the law. He was relatable and personable. He was honest, straightforward about possible outcomes and was GREAT at communicating. His fees were comparable to other reputable defense attorneys.
My family member was exonerated because of Robert's relentless hard work. He stayed on the procesecuting attorney's office for any/all discovery, requiring them to review evidence, body camera, dashboard footage that the prosecutor didn't even bother to consider reviewing before bringing charges. Robert was so skillful in pointing out the deception and false reporting by 2 different law enforcement agencies. All this without having to go to trial.
