I was paying these people solidly for a little over a year forgot to give them my information new debit card information and they let me go without paying for a whole 2 months no letter no warning know nothing they just sent me a letter two months later saying you're being garnished then sent me another letter two days later saying you're being garnished and you can't do anything about it what kind of response time is that it's not then I call and plead my case even after paying with them for little over a year they didn't care these people are full of it and they don't try to work with you even if you've been a solid paying client... It's not like I didn't want to give them my information I just totally forgot I got caught up in life and doing other stuff I can't remember every bill I have to pay and automatically came out of my check anyway what gets me is they let it go for a whole two months and then want to do something about it to the point to where I couldn't do anything about it they knew what they were doing they did it on purpose

Continues to take money from me over and over after I paid off. I guess I have to get a lawyer. Ridiculous

No one wants to go to a bill collectors office

95% the time you call for information about account and "we sorry our systems are down, call back tomorrow". All the money their charging interest you think they would have a better system.

25% percent out of every pay check don't mind as long as they are there to build me up as well at the end I'm here with 25% if needed more.

Nobody wants to be garnished...period but I put myself in that position there was a over payment of close to 500 taken from me. However when I called the office Aubrey was very professional and called to keep me updated when the payments came through and when I could pick up the refund checks. I appreciate her and consideration!

My lawyer filed a motion in court against this company filed complaint & lawsuit see you soon !!! You guys keep changing the name lol I hired a PI to find your scamming selfs. Keep changing the name bc of all the FRAUD !!

Something is fishy here I have never been to Kansas or live near Kansas and they are trying to collect a dept from a town I have never heard of this is either a scam or they are a bunch of crooks and identity thief’s

They sold my social and personal information to offshore companies

Subpoenaed my car financing company I haven't even had a month to give my information. Now they trying to garnish my social security benefits which is exempt from any collections. Back in 2015 topeka city water company. They never send the amount owed on these letters. I hate them with a passion. Your tactics are very unlawful and you need to be shut down asap.
