Pretty sure this is the guy that's been stealing my credit report for years just to track me down. Stalking me year after year. They have all my info and suddenly my social gets "stolen"...ppl trying to take out loans with it when they were activity trying to find me. Trying to garnish my money from banks. They do their hardest to track you down electronically. Court affidavits magically match the months my reports were pulled and loans were taken out. They are doing REALLY shady things here. Only another reason for me to go off grid... thanks for the motivation!!!

Has anyone tried to turn them into the BBB

Been getting the run around

I would give them a 0 if I could this company I paid 80 dollars for a check I wrote at Walmart over 20 years ago that had bounced butt paid it back!!! 20 years later they tried to pretend to hide the facts that I paid it and started adding interest after 2” years said I owed them 2800 dollars!! They garnished this out of my savings there doing some dirty legal stuff behind the scenes to make the banks believe we owe this and than garnish it!!!! We are going to court because I got a letter from Walmart saying it was pd !!!!!! We will see u soon!!

This office should be rated far less than zero! The customer service reps have been trained well in the humiliation of the accused, whether the debt is actually yours or not. This attorney, while in or out of the courtroom, has access to anyone’s personal information such as: name, address, ss#, employer, bank account etc. This provides them the opportunity do with it whatever they please and the court authority to suppress any arguments. After all, who can prove for a fact that there is, or is not, a possibility of corruption within a business that plays the role of collector, plaintiff, prosecutor, judge, and jury. My fault, for somewhere down the line I stopped believing that this profession was nothing more than scandalous crooks. This collection attorney profits well off - those that they never try to find, or - those whom in reality, never incurred the debt. The more patiently they wait, the more money they can grab. I feel that our great City of Topeka should be ashamed for adopting the policies and procedures of these unrighteousness white collars that have infiltrated our court system! Any further argument or evidence to back this statement is deemed unnecessary, as this attorney does not allow it in his practice.

I paid these guys $1200 for a case in June and told them I would pay the other $400 case off the end of August. Within a week they used the bank account information I paid the other one with to garnish my account! I'm a full time student! These guys are dirt bags!

Staff seemed willing to help. Was able to get things figured out as needed.
