They freezed my bank account and are demanding double for a small debt 8 years ago. They have very low court cost. A company who does this after living in a pandemic is of poor moral values. They don’t contribute to society in a positive way. Working in that environment must be hard on mental healthy taking advantage of people of low income.

Terrible company to do any kind of business with. Staff members are rude and talk down to you as if you owe them money personally. They provide inaccurate information and the company takes more money than what you owe. Payment was a few days late due to the mail and they automatically garnished the rest from my savings account.

Staff are nice and respectful.

Lady I talk to was super rude, and treated me as if I was dumb. I've made payments to the place I owed and that lowered my payment but then it is sent to them, so I called them a couple of weeks ago to let them know I will pay in full when I get my tax return or stimulus check they said "no problem, I'll not that in your account call us when your ready to pay." Next thing i know they add $600 to my account and sent to garnishment.

I set up a payment arrangement with these ppl MONTHS ago the lady asked me for my card info for the payments to come out on their set dates and today I find out they never took the money because “you’re supposed to call every date the payment is set up for to pay it” which makes no sense why else would you ask for my card info to pay for the payment? Now I have a hold on my account because these ppl don’t know the proper communication

Is there a way to rate with no stars? I wish. Their agents are pretty rude and don't believe them when they say it's okay if your payment is late. They will "extend the window" but instead of having common courtesy to call and say hey your parents was due, they will just default you (it's a pandemic and the postal service is the reason my payment was received late, they are behind on everything!) It's sad that measures haven't been taken against debt collectors. One for charging interest on a debt they bought at way lower than what the actual debt is and 2 for even collecting debts during a pandemic when people are out of jobs.

He keeps you in debt while he earns profits!! Hopefully a class action suit one day if enough of us knew our rights!
