HEATHER IS THE WORST!!! I have called 26 times for over a month to try and set up a payment plan. HEATHER told me that she makes the decisions and I can’t talk to anyone else.HEATHER told me she went to law school and that’s why she makes the decisions.Plus the fact she has worked there for 26 years. I can’t make this up! Let me be very clear. HEATHER IS NOT A LAWYER! Lol!!!! Just tried to be intimidating. I talked with a lovely lady named Beverly and she took my payment and set me up on a payment plan. I actually have never done a google review. I see the other reviews! I also just moved here from Colorado where I have never encountered such a “mean girl” personality like that. I am in healthcare. I could never in my life treat my patients the way I was treated by HEATHER. The standard for being professional is not high when it comes to HEATHER! Thanks Beverly!!!!

Shady “law” firm. Received a summons saying I owed somewhere I’d never been while my legs were broken. The guy I spoke with said he would send me release paperwork to give to Graves and Gilbert to release all documents associated with “treatment”. Never heard anything else until I received a letter saying they’d gone to court and I’d had judgment passed on me for failure to appear. Just scummy people doing scummy things. Calling legal aid in the morning and getting this fixed.

I was not notified of any court date. I was surprised when my paycheck was significantly less than I needed to pay my rent, gas and groceries. Now that I was able to pay it off, my paycheck is still being garnished (10 business days later) after I was told they would be stopping it.

This man is a crook and will fight dirty. The lady in his office who awnsers the phone is a bitter Karen who hates life I would too if my job was answering phones for a living lol. Hell bound not a decent thing about this law firm.

Unbelievably rude staff every time I’ve had to speak with them. I paid off a balance to them in the fall. I called to see if I could get that exact amount or a receipt for tax filing purposes. I was told “I mean, I can see that but it’s your job to know that so check your statement.” I asked her why she was being so rude over a question and she argued with me about it. There’s no reason to treat people so nasty.

Can’t get blood. And they will NOT get a penny from me for the simple fact that the woman answering the phone is the rudest person I’ve ever spoken with. Customers please remember there is a statute of limitations with debts. Let the dang things fall off. And it keeps your credit report clean after.

Works on behalf of the rich hospitals and medical facilities leaves poor people poorer with lawsuits filed against them, I know that this review won't make much difference just know that if you are going to select this lawyer you are helping poor people stay in debt and out of control!

Couldn’t afford groceries because of the garnishments. They would not accept my payment of 300 dollars a month without a 2,000 dollar deposit. I could not afford. Now I barley have food to eat or gas to get to work. My car is slowly breaking down and I can only afford rent. Thank you Hodges and adams.
