They are Snakes.... They buy hospital debit that people owe for pennies on the dollar, and then garnish your pay check, meanwhile the hospital isnt getting the money you wanted and your paying for this guys wife's or his husband's Botox and Black Jaguar. People that make a living off of being a parasite on the lower and middle class are lower than dog stink...

They are horrible. My daughter had a balance due, she still had insurance. Instead of doing the research like they should've done, I got the whole collection. Not even sweating it. Because when they worked the hospital they would've seen she had my insurance and her father's insurance which he is the primary custodian. So why them and that hospital is sueing me. I'm having to work with a lawyer, to get this fixed. Because they didnt do their research and just out to get money.

ZERO STARS!!!!!! They are rude, I have been hung up on multiple times. THE ENTIRE staff is unprofessional, smart a**es, and horrible at their jobs. I have asked for receipts still have not received one, someone else was able to talk about my account without having to know my social! THE WORST company I have ever had to work with!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If I could give 0 stars then I would! Literally THE RUDEST staff I have ever encountered. They huff and puff and act like anything you call in for is a inconvenience for them. LITERALLY THIS IS YOUR JOB, if you hate it that much, QUIT!!!
They Hang up on me every single time I call to make a payment after taking the payment, I don't get a bye, have a nice day, Screw you or nothing!! Just Rude! I 10/10 DO NOT recommend.
