I had a horrible experience with this place. I had a medical lien against property I inherited from grandma. I hired an attorney in 2015 that didn't do their job. $3000 was refused. Half of bill owed. Bill was $6000 and was not all my bill some was for my children. $7000 refused. I sat on hold forEVER went to see the judge and everything to pay this business of attorneys $12,000. Y'all are greedy! Good day!

This place is so bad even the employees hate their lives, apparently. I was given the incorrect payoff balance last month. To my surprise, it had increased $200 this month. Throughout this interaction, I had the pleasure of speaking with Mary - she was the worst representative of a business I have ever interacted with. She informed me that "there was no record of the conversation where I was given my payoff balance." Not only was she completely rude and disrespectful, she became frustrated when I was trying to explain the conversation I had with a H&A employee last month. She continued to cut me off throughout the entire conversation. She ultimately hung the phone up on me while I was trying to give her my payment info. Based on the comments, this place has serious issues.

This is the worst company I have ever had dealings with. The woman that answers the phone is rude and unprofessional. I have called 3 times(counting today) to have my bill settled in full and they have turned my offers down but won’t give me an offer. Maybe hire professional people that will help you figure out what to do INSTEAD OF JUDGING THE PERSON BECAUSE THEY DONT HAVE 4,000 TO GIVE YOU RIGHT NOW.

I have been paying a medical bill faithfully for the last several months and suddenly my place of employment receives a letter to garnish my wages so I called to find out what was going on. I spoke with Cameron she informed me that I was supposed to sign the agreement and send it back to them in the mail within a certain amount of time which I did! I even called and told them it had been mailed when I made my first payment. No one ever bothered to tell me the agreement wasn't received but took my payment every month! She told me she would speak to the attorney and see if he would remove the garnishment and continue as is. She told me to call her back... Well I called her back today and now Cameron is confused and says she never said that and to just pay the remaining balance and be done! Cameron is a liar and this is an office full of crooks! This is what happens when you pay your payments on time with them! I would give Cameron 0 stars but unfortunately I have to at least give 1!! Word of advice Cameron take better notes and do what you say your going to just like I have been!

Absolutely appalling. After my wages had been garnished and the bill was paid, some six months later they come back at me with a letter claiming I owed another $900 and change for "interest and fees", which I had no choice but to pay. With one notable exception, every person at this so-called law firm was as rude and condescending as possible, as though an American with medical debt was somehow rare and worthy of scorn. The final person I reached did show some basic humanity, but overall, this is a business of parasites and terrible people and you should avoid them like the plague.

Very rude and condescending every time I speak with one lady there. She makes me think that she looks at me like I'm trash because I've had an account sent there. Things happen lady. I took responsibility and I'm paying my debt. You're no better than anyone else. I'll be praying for you though.
