Worst customer service ,horrible people horrible please do your self a favor and pay the medical center or whoever they collect for ..the desk lady hung up on me twice without saying anything and everyone I spoke with was rude!!! Karma will return to those who's deserve it

Sheryl at Hodges & Haynes hung up on me twice while I was trying to discuss a balance with her and she refused to let me speak with someone else after I asked 3 times.
This is the same woman who, when I used the term "Paying bi-weekly through my paychecks" corrected me by saying "Garnished" and laughed about my wanting to know how long it would take me to pay the balance by saying "It's going to be a while."
I've never had someone treat me so unjustly over the telephone for no probable reason.

This agency is collecting on a medical bill debt from 2004. They have not contacted my mom for 12 years and have now added $2000 in interest. They now want to garnish her pay by 25%. UNFAIR CONSUMER PRACTICES SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED!!!!!!! and this agency is being allowed to do so.
