well I was just irately spoken to by one of the rudest woman I’ve ever had to experience. I had to come in and sign an agreement and make a first payment, I calmly informed her of the situation and offered documentation of why I had to switch the payment date, and I was verbally belittled to just come to the same agreement about the next steps. People who are trying shouldn’t be made to feel like they are next to nothing because they made mistakes and are trying to rectify them

These people love to prey on the elderly and those on a fixed income. They give you no information about any debts owed. SCAMMERS

Hired him to help in custody hearing and didn’t even try and fight in court. Almost seemed like he had been payed off

I received a letter at my ex-husband’s house about a $40 bill from apparently 8 years ago. Since I haven’t lived at that address in years I was totally shocked. I called to find out what this was for and Michelle talked to me like I was a piece of trash. She would not even do me the courtesy of telling me what this bill was for or who the patient was because I have never even been to this medical practice. She hung up on me three times and refused to let me speak with someone in charge. I was more than willing to pay this bill if someone could at least tell me what it was for as I have never received anything before now. Having worked in medical billing for over 20 years I know that you can collect your money without being rude and condescending. This woman was quite possibly the most horrible person I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I am surprised she has lasted at any job dealing with the public. I can only hope the attorneys at this establishment are more professional. I give it 1 star because that is the lowest rating possible.

Horrible place. No one knows what they are doing. Contacted them after each payment. Then when I contacted they decided to add a fee. I hope they rot.
