I had 2 medical Bill's that up until recently I thought the insurance had taken care of(apparently not). Today I csll totry to work something out as far as a payment plan and she laughs and I replied that I just wanted to try to fix this and get response was "well pay it then". Terrible woman and I hope that if she ever faces hard financial times someone treats her as callously and rude as she treats others.

These people are crooks! They were garnishing my wages and after I got to the point they were supposed to stop payment, they said I owed another $3k. When I asked for a breakdown of how much I had paid, they refused to give them to me and told me they didn't have to give it to me. I have already paid this bill 3 times over. I don't know what to do at this point. They are horrible people.

Awful awful people who work here. Told me the only way to set up a payment plan would be to pay half of my balance. Isn't that illegal?? Then they put a lien on my vehicles and are wanting to garnish my paychecks. The lady I talked to is just plain evil and I hope and pray that karma gets her.

I've had to deal with them twice now (two different reasons) and I've spent a lot of time on the phone with them. They have always helped me out with any and all information I needed. I think most people don't like them because it's not really a pleasant reason you hear from them most the time. But they aided me to the best of their abilities and I am extremely grateful they didn't make things anymore unpleasant for me. Thanks so much ladies!

Horrible Customer service every time I have contacted them. the last time was to pay off my account in full... so you would think they would be glad to take that call. or maybe they don't and they just want to keep collecting interest and fees. And I thought Graves Gilbert billing department was bad... wish I could give 0 stars.
