Call me worked after been on hold for hours is very rude and disrespectful one hung up on me today after I asked to speak with a manager they do what they want because they have know one to answer to abc that needs to change

Waited on the phone over an hour, representative said my phone number didn't match and refused to help me in updating it unless I could provide the number. Worst call center. You can't even update your number with them. He probably didn't even pull up the right account. I've had this number for over 10 years.

This place is nothing but a joke & a waste of tax dollars! They only help people who are on government assistance because they want to be able to count it towards the assistance their getting so they can lower the help they provide. But for people who actually work they could care less. They say they do what's in the best interest of the child but if it doesn't benefit them they don't do anything. You basically have to do the work yourself to no avail. Workers never call you back & assist those who fail to pay with not paying smh. Shut it down or clear house & start over! Pitiful!

Call the child support office never get anyone to answer the phone but they expect u to drive 4 hours to a court hearing for what ?like respond to the letter that was sent to your office.Laura Ingram never answered my letter

They accommodate to two of well dadue rich fathers coving for them I had a well respected pi find his net worth for the most part paid 350 for a 36 page report well child support had so called lost it on one case the other owed nice amount that was on hold a a worker said for sure a nice amount well over a yr later never have saw I cent to this day well I guess they had a nice time at the derby lol 😂 with 63'000 bucks oh on another it was his last payment they sent me 1 cent to be funny well the jokes on you in the long run you have even more horrible reviews now I know for a fact I am not the only one you disrespect more victims are out here God bless

Touch tone numbers willnt work when trying to select a option so it automatically hangs up on you June 19th still can't choose a option how can I talk to someone when I can't even choose a option?

I have been paying my child support on time every month since my child was born. Never had any issues when I lived in Texas but, for some reason when I moved back home to Kentucky I have had nothing but issues. They told me they are not responsible for reviewing the payments and it is up to Texas. I call Texas and they tell me I am on point and there is no back pay. If Texas is responsible then how are they allowed to withhold my taxes? I have been disputing this for 3 months with multiple phone calls. I have been on hold for 2+ hours multiple times and then immediately hung up when a call rep comes on the line before I even speak.

Show the world that there are good officials and just drop this Mikey Boy - you trying to make your career by charging a good man and golfer with a felony that lacks any support is a real bad look.

Mike is an alcoholic and he shows up to court drunk all the time. He is very unprofessional and has a serious problem.

After reading a handful of reviews, I have to tip my hat. It turns out you and Louisville Metro PD really are trying to treat Scottie Scheffler the same way that you treat everyone else. How you’ve been reelected 3 times is beyond me, but I’m guessing you’ll have a much harder time winning a fourth race with your name suddenly on the national radar. Good for the citizens of Louisville, who deserve better than you.
