HeartlessBITCHES!!!!!!!HORRIBLE people! DO NOT HAVE A JOINT ACCOUNT WITH ANYBODY THEY TOOK MY MONEY WHEN I HAVE 3 KIDS TO TAKE CARE OF AND I ASKED THEM WHAT I WAS SUPPOSED TO DO? THEY DO NOT CARE HORRIBLE PEOPLE PUT YOURSELF IN MY SHOES HAVE SOME COMPASSION!!!!!

The wait to call this agency is ridiculous.

I have called for 3 days only to hold for hours and never be connected. Today the automated system says the call center opens 8:30 am EST. I called at 8:30 and the system says it’s closed. I have not hung up and continue to hit 1 to continually hear office/phone hours so I can be rerouted to the call center. It is now 9:06am and still says the call center is closed. To blame the lack of professionalism on covid/pandemic at this point is unacceptable!! I should be able to speak to someone and not have to inconvenience myself, take off of work, bring my one year old out just to go to the office only to be told someone will call me within 5 days!! It should not be this hard just to close a case!!! This office needs new management, Directors, something!

Never had any problems , walked in walked out professional staff 💯 and I use the website faithfully, don’t expect so much from so much when we all , have Human Errors , we’re all grown ups , Blow the Whistle 🤗

Do not help a child until the is dead or n the hospital or her spirit is broken.

I’m not sure anyone works there. You wait on hold for over an hour to speak with someone, no one ever answers. I have never been contacted by my case worker in the 1 1/2 years that I have been dealing with them and they have never provided a number to get in contact with her?

For 10 years this place has been a dumpster fire and always the same excuses. You help absolutely no one. The only time I did get help was going through the omsbudsman. Do better

If I could give negitive stars I would. This office is an absolute joke. It should be illegal the way the employees there treat people that need their assistance. I have been dealing with horrible service for over ten years. They are so quick to come find me if I’m late on payments but they HAVE ALWAYS been unreachable. At least up until Corona you could go in person into the office and wait to sit down and speak to someone but now they have literally no one there to help anyone. I’ve called and waited hours time after time for a year to speak to someone and try to set up a new payment plan because after paying my debt completely off they suddenly did an “audit” on me and determined I owe them over $10,000 and every time I call I get no answer or put on hold or hung up on which is very upsetting especially after waiting on hold for so long. When I’ve visited the office personally trying to resolve my issues they have me fill out a paper then tell me they are going to call me and THEY NEVER CALL. Now, they have suspended my drivers license. And I have no idea what I am supposed to do to get it back because I CANT REACH ANYONE. What a joke.

Everyone knows everyone is short staffed. You don't need to tell people that. Obviously I can tell after waiting on hold for over an hour. What I can't seen to understand is why it says you can fax what you need. Nobody has fax. At least have it where people can email. Everyone has email.
