They don't answer the phone AT ALL

They have asked my fiance for the same document 3 times. She is not from America and was married and divorced in Cuba but Cuba doesn't always give documentation. She doesn't have her divorce papers because she didn't bring them to America because she didn't think she would need them knowing she was married and got a divorce in Cuba. They have asked her for them divorce papers 3 different times and 3 different times(2 times for appointments for this matter and once to check up on the status of everything because we havent heard anything back) I have been up to the office with my fiance and she told the woman that works at the child support office that she doesn't have the paper and they always say that's ok maybe they can get it but since Cuba is a 3rd world country they wont be able to get it we tried with her grandma who lives in cuba and she couldnt get it at the government office in Cuba so how are they going to be able to get it. Now I just called the child support office 3 times because when it tells you to pick a option and I press the number for the option nothing happens. It then repeats the numbers again and when I push the numbers nothing happens and it hangs up. I guess I'll take my 4th trip up to the child support office and let my fiance tell them the same thing she already has 3 times. maybe this time they will make a note of it or figure out what to do.?. Wish me luck while dealing with ignorance.

was on hold for an hour and a half only to be told factually wrong information. The person said incarcerated individuals in all 50 states are not required to pay child support. This just isn't true, which any Google search shows. Do they even train these people?

What a joke. The judge reduced my child support These idiots at the office made a mistake and doubled my payments. I go down there and ask for a copy of what they have on file. They say no and that they amended my child support. But wouldn't provide anything stating that they made a change. Then they lied to my payroll and claimed they just received an amendment order from the courts yesterday and will send out today. Uhm. Well how did you make the first change without an amendment order. Then they hangup on you if you call. Porshe Pope needs to fired She signed off on a document amd refuses to take blame. Costing me money.. Get someone that can do the job correctly please. She is terrible.

The male detective on my case treated me like I was joke and expected me to tell them why they could not serve my ex. He dropped researching the case all together. The abandoning parent moved states and started working 3 months after my order was put in so that tells me it went across his desk a couple times and got files off in nowhere land. If he was doing his job he would have found the information and we could have had the out of state affidavit done. It took me years!! Louisville let it sit on their desk without opening it or doing anything even when I would message through the portal and attempt to get help. So glad I moved out of Louisville where all government offices are corrupt and mismanaged. I was able to relocate my case to another county and they had my order drawn up with the out of state office within a few months and the offending parent was served. If you live in Louisville hire an attorney and make these people do their job!!

1/1 when your website says they're open at 8:00 you should probably open at 8:00 make a phone call when they say they're open at 8:00 and they say on the phone they don't open till 8:30 that should probably be listed on your I understand that child support is nothing but a big so you're in no hurry to do anything but let somebody get behind one payment on child support you're right there to lock them up

We do NOT CARE IF YOU'RE SHORT STAFFED HIRE PEOPLE TO WORK THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE and yall need to be investigated! There is no way it should take this dam long to get answers about your case! And make these deadbeats get a job or lock them UP!

Horrible customer service, the guy who’s name begins with a D. Donte or deshawn or whatever his name was, was incredibly rude, disrespectful and unprofessional!!

My case worker is awesome but each time I call I get put on hold for at least 30 mins I’ve also been waiting to receive child support from my baby’s father for 9 months

I just wanted to leave a huge thank you to the rep I spoke with today. I hate that my phone kept cutting out when she would say her name but I think it was either Chrisy or Christy. At first, our interaction was not the best about a confusing situation. The line disconnected and I called back and got her again. The 2nd time we figured it out together after being patient with each other and digging a little deeper. Thank you for giving me the time of day. It doesn't happen often in customer service these days.

How in the hell we on 2023 and this lazy people when you call still have the message due to Covid we have short staff and when you show up at the office they just chilling
