Spent five years trying to contact anyone who can help me in my case only to have no calls or emails returned. You enforce slavery plain and simple

On the phone for 53+ minutes and still no one answers....I just need to know what I owe so I can literally pay it off today.....smh.🤦‍♂️

This place is a joke. No one ever answers the phone. No other way to reach out and make appointments. Camt find a way to email them either.

Case was transferred to this office 3 or 4 years back. Ive tried to contact them every since. Not once have I been able to get through and speak with anyone. I don't even know who my case worker is because of the phones not being answered. I stayed on the phone multiple times for over an hour only to get hung up on.

Always greeted by the payment lady with a smile. She takes my payment and I'm in and out within 5 minutes.

I am so sorry to read all of the horrible reviews. I do have to say that I work in a Government office and my Boss would not have an office run in this manner. We strive for Best in Class Customer Service. I am only writing this review, because I have been in the same situations many years ago and my daughter had to contact child support (TO NO AVAIL) she was able to contact the legal department at U of L and they may be able to help with some of your child support concerns; going to court, getting a court date etc. She did have to pay a small amount, but she will have a court date within 3 weeks of contacting U of L. Unfortunately, the offices that should be providing services for tax paying citizens, which does not happen. I am so grateful that I only had to have this experience once (only have 1 child), because this was enough for me. I had to get on with life and not allow child support to be my only means of $ and figure out how to take care of me and my child. It's not a lifestyle, just like food stamps. I would starve!!!!!

I call and all I get is the bot. I go threw the menu to try and talk to someone and right now the bot says go to the online portal to make an appointment to speak with case manger so I go to the online portal to make an appointment and there is not function on the portal to make an appointment or to send a message to the manger of the problem im having to get a call only action I can take is to make a payment this place makes no since please fix the problems. We are not criminals here.

Intercepted stimulus, tax return, and cleared out a bank account due to delinquency from unemployment. My child's mother never received a cent of this and it hasn't been applied to what I owe. It's been months. Can't get ahold of anyone, her or myself. Absolutely disgusting. I pray that something changes for the better. Countless children and single parents need a system that works for them, not one that is seemingly engineered to work against them.

This place is terrible. They have you on the phone for almost an hour, and when they do get you on the phone they hang up. The people that work there are terrible very unprofessional very disrespectful!!!

Is there a reason why the officers are not wearing mask but make everyone else wear one during this epidemic??? This needs to be looked into!!!

I wish I could give negative stars. The Jefferson Co child support division is a joke. You can never get through, .calling during business hours and the recording states they are closed. The employees seem like they have to a Masters Degree in being RUDE. I don't understand why this is allowed.
