They reactivated my child support twice while it was in suspension. And they try to force people to stay in the system that don't want to so that they can continue to get their cut from the payments.

They will leave you on hold for 40+ minutes and then just hang up on you. They've done it to me twice.

I was on hold for an hour. After finally speaking with someone, he was rude and hung up on me when I asked to speak with his supervisor. Not sure what type of customer service that is honestly...

Sat on hold for 40 minutes and then they hang up on you. Please train your staff on how to answer the phones. Not everyone has hours to sit on hold to be hung up on. Poor customer service

You can never reach anyone on the phone. Get there way earlier than they close, I've literally had them close the door in my face before they are supposed to close. I've also stood in line to pay my child support while the woman at the window talked up a storm with people to the point I had to go feed another 30 minutes into the meter, just to get back and have them tell me I had to come back because they are now closing.
I dont understand why there isnt just a kiosk there where it could do their job for them lol
