it's ridiculous how something so important is handled so poorly. Good luck getting ahold of anyone and if you do, they won't know anything and tell you that you need to do everything through their broken website.
I'm staring at a receipt for a balance I paid off in full, yet according to them I didn't pay a good portion of that amount. Makes no sense. Charges keep coming out of nowhere and no amount they give you can be trusted.

Called the 1st time and was on hold waiting for someone to answer the phone and no one answered. I was on hold for about 2 hours long so i hung up. This is not right and needs to be fixed.

Only time when it's a good time is when you're not down there for any trouble but they still read a book by its cover before reading the story of a person

I have been on hold for 1 HOUR and 10 MINUTES and they still havent begun to do anything. We actually pay taxes for this?! Mike O'Connell should have been voted out last election!

Communicating with this office by phone is nearly impossible. Long holds (over an hour each time I've tried). Once, the gal who answered, listened only about 2 seconds before she said she couldn't help me and hung up! I'd waited over an hour for that treatment. Horrendous!

This should be zero stars.
I have now been on hold for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Something is definitely wrong with the management here. Someone needs to take responsibility and implement a better system to aid the community. This is ridiculous.
And the guys voice makes you want to shove a 10 penny nail into your ear!

I came down about 5 months ago because they lost my son's info and I need to reestablish child support. I was told in six weeks I'd have an appointment. 5 MONTHS LATER, I'm calling to see what's up. I wait for AN HOUR AND TWENTY MINUTES (with my kids "burning the house down" so to speak) before the people literally picked up and hung up the phone! I don't live anywhere near Louisville so calling is my only affordable option!
I just submitted a federal complaint- we'll see how it goes!
UPDATE: Things seem to be improving as far as communication goes. I only waited 7 minutes this time and was pleased with the professionalism and show of knowledge. Thank you! I hope to continue to seeing improvement!✊😀👍
