Don't answer the phones

Terrible at actually accomplishing anything. Our county attorney should be embarrassed!!! Kentucky’s child support system is failing the kids. You have to go down there in person for everything, they have no parking and the only reason you ever have to go down there is because they screwed something up in the first place. Kinda ridiculous the effort that goes into collecting $0. We’re 18 years in and they’ve yet to do anything they say they’re going to do. Kentucky’s child Support services and staff need a complete overhaul!

My friend is currently on hold and has been for 90 minutes. That is ridiculous. He WANTS TO PAY CHILD SUPPORT like he's supposed to and can't even get an answer. No option to just go to the office. They just give you a fax number. This office is terrible.

Terrible service and the agents are rude

Currently on hold....28 minutes and counting. Most useless office on the face of the planet. Won't even let me give 0 stars for this review. Are you kidding me?

Absolutely the worst at getting things done. For 17 yrs this office has never located my son biological father. Each and every time the father of my child was located was my doings, via good ole internet. I've handed this office more paper work on this man than they ever could get on their own. I've located each and every address he's ever lived at, each and every job he's ever tried to hide from me. And I will continue to do so, until every penny he owes to his child is paid.. As for this office.. They should just close it down, its pointless. You can't even call the office and speak to someone.. You have to physically drive to the office and wait.. And then and only then, do they make you feel like scum of the earth, when you hand them employment paperwork on the man they claim they can't EVER locate.

I can see why people talk crazy to all the idiots who pretend to work here and be paper pushers I have no respect for the staff or the county attorney they'll can all kiss between my pockets this system is screwed up major problems I'm waiting over two years several court dates no adjustment from a job loss years ago they never make her show up I've been audit several times and I've over paid hundreds of dollars they told me to sue the other party as if she made the mistake not sure where to go from here making a bomb or ordering more ammo may be easier I would not suggest trying to work here

Absolutely the worse. If you’re not on the “system” and receiving benefits; or if you have an actual career, expect nothing from these people. NOTHING. Ensure you have an attorney to force them to do their job if you actually NEED your CS. Thankfully I don’t need mine. I thought Georgia was bad until I had dealings with these people. They even had the audacity to pull a case file from 2011 they never worked with and here we years later, nothing has changed. Good luck to anyone who has to deal with these people and the lazy people in this office.

This place needs to be shut down!!! Why pay staff that don’t do anything but have an attitude?! I been dealing with my deadbeat kids dad GARY HELM for over 16 years now he NEVER pays..why would he ?! No consequences for his actions at all! These workers are lazy, rude and miserable with their life obviously and most of them do not need to be working with the public! Makes me SICK that the parent that does provide has to take off work and make it a whole day event ( because you WONT get anyone to answer the phone) just to be told something is gonna be done when it never is! This has got to be the WORST child support office in the world!

I submitted my case months ago and my case hasn't been touched nor have I heard anything. You people are ridiculous and a waste of time!!!!
