I would highly recommend Bangerter Frazier Group to anyone who is in need of an attorney. I have two different occasions when I met with Mr. Bill Frazier. He was patient with me when I didn’t understand how to do something and helped me. He did not make me feel Stupid but helped me through the process. He was always very patient with me. I also had his law firm help me with my Will. When my Will was completed I felt nothing but peace Knowing that my family would be protected when I pass. I met Dale when he and his colleague Joe Della-Rodolfa had represented me in some federal & state matters.
He is one of the best - point blank... I have been to many offices and been in several claims/cases - his team was by far the BEST out of every other encounter..
He is honest, he will listen to you, he will fight for you, and he will have no reservations whatsoever in speaking his mind to stand up for what's right. He is a very honorable person and he has no issues with being firm and aggressive in his stance while fighting for you! A++ and a 20 out of 10 in my view.. I`ll follow him and Joe for life - they will be the main two I call for any future matters if within their practice areas for sure!

Alec Laidlaw was the second attorney I contacted. I was in a divorced, wanted split custody and was facing one of he more expensive and reputable law firms in the NW. Alec and his absolutely wonderful staff helped me understand all of my options and choose the best arrangement possible. Can't say enough about the staff and Alec. I hired Alec to represent me after my ex-wife reopened our divorce case years later alleging that I had hidden a large amount of money during our divorce which were not accounted for in the division of assets. Not only did Alec work diligently to prove these to be false allegations, he performed relentless discovery, played hard ball, and eventually was able to have my case dismissed with prejudice. I would recommend Alec to anyone who needs a good, thorough attorney in their corner to represent them in their family law case.

There's a myth as one searches for a great family lawyer that in order to get results, you have to hire a bad *** - who will treat your former spouse (and probably you) like dirt, but it will be worth it because you will get results. Joe is proof that you can work with a fantastic, caring human being and still get the tough negotiation skills needed to get the results you desire.
As a former lawyer myself (JD, LLM), I can affirm that his knowledge of family law is thorough & detailed.
If I had to do it all over again (hopefully never), I would select Joe every time. He made a troubled time bearable and saw that I got the things that were most important to me during my divorce & custody battle.

Joe was recommended to me by a Defense Attorney whom I trust and respect as "the one I would go to if it was my Divorce." Joe 'literally' does Family Law , as both his Son and Daughter followed him into his profession and are the second and third Attorneys in the Milner Law Firm. As Bob Bowman, a Mediator, put it: "I couldn't think of a better recommendation than to have your own kids want to work for you!" Joe was attentive, concerned, and supportative, and more importantly, was perceptive as to the attack plan of the opposing Counsel and how to counteract it. He also was able to uncover deceptions and expose false statements made by my Ex during deposition. We ended up settling our case,and although we did not go to trial, I was able to walk away with the things that mattered most to me and he helped me engineer a plan to cut the chains that had been laid out to bind me financially to her for the next 6 years. If you are the "good guy" in a Divorce, you can't do better than Joe.

Kent and I first met when our daughters were playing AYSO soccer. He was/is approachable, engaging, intelligent, and someone you trust almost immediately. For me the measure of a man is how he interacts with his family and Kent sets the bar for all of us. Later when I had a sensitive legal issue, Kent was the first person I called. He was extraordinarily professional yet understanding on a personal level. He seemed to never forget we were husbands and fathers first and foremost. Resolved issue with vendor who would not honor a contract for services rendered. Larry was able to bring elusive vendor to an agreement to pay. Vendor actually paid after ignoring calls and emails until Larry stepped in.
Larry took all my calls, responded in a timely manner and is so diligent in following up. Not to mention gave sage advice on how to approach such situations in the future.
Well handled and professional.

Nina and I worked together for 6 years at Blackhawk Network. As a founder and SVP in charge of all products Nina was my lead attorney on the business. Nina is a very good communicator, good with difficult clients or partners, a good negotiator for the business and a great person. I have worked on multiple projects with Nina related mostly to corporate contracts and contract renewals. Rose-Anne was the arbitrator for a very, very bitter divorce with other issues to be dealt with on the side to further complicate the problems. As the Realtor trying to get the home sold, Rose-Anne navigated the numerous hurdles necessary to accomplish that goal. I could not have ever been able to reach a closing without her. She was fair to both parties but able to make the necessary digficult decisions when needed. I cannot recommend Rose-Anne and is the best I have ever worked with in 35 years of selling 2000+ homes in Denver.

Rose-anne helped me 10 years ago with creating an initial parenting plan for my daughter, then again a couple weeks ago to re-negotiate through her turning 19. She is incredibly talented at helping negotiate and is very straight forward and direct. I find it amazing how she can remain totally neutral through all the negativity. She cuts straight to what you want to accomplish with your time and helps you both get there. Though my ex and I don't see eye to eye at ALL, she helped us complete a second parenting plan and we should be set for the remainder of her upbringing. Truly grateful for her gift and ability to endure those sessions! Rose-anne is outstanding and I would highly recommend her services, worth every penny! :-)

I should have written this sooner considering how David saved my life, metaphorically not literally (yes, it is sad but truth has many emotions) Following the loss of my wife I made some very poor decisions and ended up incarcerated in Kingman, AZ. (Facility was amazing in comparison with LA county. Extremely clean and staff was very professional unlike the majority of my previous institutional “timeouts”). I was facing a minimum of 5 years, best case scenario. My sister-in-law referred me to David since she had worked with him in law enforcement. I like to research major decisions when lucid and found many other attorneys with offices in Kingman and years of experience. The past has taught me one valuable lesson. If you want to achieve something unimaginable then approach the task with a different approach. David has seen the law in action which is extremely beneficial. His proactive plan was unlike any other attorneys from my past. The result was phenomenal considering no additional incarceration was deemed necessary. He informed me exactly how he planned on providing the district attorney with positive information and did not “wait and see.” The district attorney dropped all the charges after receiving David’s amazing work of literature. Damn. I would be remiss if I failed to mention that his fee was was exactly what he had stated initially and extremely inexpensive considering the result. If you happen to be young of age then just know this attorney (dude) is totally “Lit.”

Emily (aka "Sandy") Bair is a woman of immense intellect, with the determination to do her best for her client. She is a woman of few words, but every word she speaks counts. She will never ramble on either in her office or in court. Judges respect that. Her preparation is meticulous. She will cut you off if you rattle on, to remind you that you are paying her to hear you vent, and that there are cheaper people to vent to.
My case had been going on for seven years when she took it over. I had just been through a hearing using another attorney. Having already been found in contempt, I hired Sandy Bair who appealed part of the court order and convinced the court to reduce my penalties as the action giving rise to the contempt had been performed by me immediately following and in accord with the specific and express legal advice of my former attorney.
Ms. Bair is now handling my QDRO/pension problems as my divorce was in 2004 and I still have not received the pension benefits I was awarded in the divorce. QDRO's are a very specific part of the law that is very complicated. She has done much legal research in that area and is very well-versed in the particulars of QDROs.
If you are looking for sweet and chatty, don't hire Sandy. If you are looking for an intelligent, experienced, straight-talking, hard-working, honest lawyer who can cut through legal BS- she is all that. I also think she is a female lawyer that men would be comfortable hiring.

Ms. Bair handled a very contentious divorce case and subsequent alimony modification action for me. My ex-wife tried hard to litigate numerous extraneous issues, engage in abusive discovery and take unnecessary depositions. I am an attorney myself, and she worked to avoid inflaming a hostile plaintiff and move the case to a settlement. She is known for those skills.

I Saira Mohammed was referred to Frank Trief September 2010. I was driving going home from the movies with my two sons Aidan (5yrs) & Adam (3yrs) in my 2009 Honda Odyssey. I was driving 20mph to 25mph between 12:30 to 1am that Saturday night into Sunday morning when i was t -bone at a right away green light intersection, which i had the green lights. The other vehicle which was an Audi was going 70mph t-bone me on to the traffic lights completely removing it and into the front of a residents house. my sons was dramatized, thank god they were seat belted properly. I was the only one sustained most of the injuries, i suffered a slip disc to my spine, torn ligaments to my left knee, pinch nerve to my upper neck and my left elbow. my sons was checked out at the emergency in good health, thank God. I made an appointment to go for consultation at Frank Trief and without any hesitation he was hired before the meeting was over.
Frank Trief discussed every single little detail about what was going to be done and what were the steps to move forward with my case. All i submitted to him was photos, details of the accident how it happened and my insurance company which was Geico and still is. He referred me to highly recognized doctors and medical facilities that was trained to handle my situation and claims. He was very on point, professional and informative in every aspect of my case. He advised me to make sure and go to my therapy appointments, get all my X-rays and if needed surgery be sure to get it done. I was struck down by a car ~ 5 yrs. ago. As you can imagine that is a very difficult time in all respects. The doctor takes care of the medical, but Frank took care of the legal issues!
He also helped calm my nerves which were so frayed. I did not know what to expect: a deposition? legal documents? He helped me through it all in a clear and calming manner. That's what you need in a lawyer. That's what he did.
