I am a surgeon who is still young in terms of our normal career path. I found myself unable to do any procedures or surgery despite being in a specialty that is by definition procedure oriented. I did purchase private own occupation long-term disability insurance when I was a resident, but I never thought I'd have to use it.
When it became clear that I was not getting better at the rate I would like, I called up a few different firms to help me guide through the process. I found that Eddie was not only available but affable, and I could tell he is definitely able. His previous win for another surgeon who unfortunately had to go all the way to the court gave me a lot of confidence that he was going to be able to fight for me every step of the way.
We had quite a bit of push back from the very beginning, but he was able to guide me throughout the process and despite persistent pushbacks and demands from the insurance company, I was just told today that we finally got the approval! His assistant Sonya has also been excellent.
Getting the approval is way more difficult than I first imagined. I am so glad that I had Eddie to help me. I'll recommend him and his team without a hesitation

At some point in your life you will most likely need a lawyer's services and where do you go searching - the internet of course as most of us don't want share our need with friends/family so that's where the confusing part begins - who to select, who to trust, who can we afford, do we really need them. Some of us will see that big attorney commercial and call and become a billable number - been there done that before as well. Who do you think is paying for that commercial and big office and big staff - you are!
I was referred to Natalie by 2 separate friends (not in the same friend group who I actually shared my situation with). I am glad I called and followed their recommendation.
She is a small boutique attorney that takes her time to help and guide you through your legal needs. You want just be another client, you will be her client. You may make a new friend in the process. She takes each case and personally involves herself to fight the fight for your legal rights.
She specializes in many areas of family law - divorce, wills, guardianship, power of attorney, trusts, probate, child custody, special needs (is a parent to special needs child). She not only knows the law but knows how to use the law in the courtroom to help your case. She gives you her cell number, who does that? She does!
She will get back to you as her schedule and your schedule allows days/nights/weekends/holidays if need be. Who does that? Natalie does that.
While no attorney can specialize in every field of law, she knows if she can help you or if she needs to refer you to her well known attorney associates that perhaps would be better fitted for your needs.
We are all human with emotions and financial/non-financial needs - chances are she has also experienced first-hand in her own life what you may be going through now.

Divorce is never fun but Natalie made the experience easy and quick. She answered all my questions even though I thought some of them were stupid she never made me feel inferior, even when I had to ask her twice. Since I don’t plan on getting divorced again I can’t say I would use her again, LOL, but I would definitely recommend her to any of my close friends.

Shawn and MarySue were successful fighting to have my LTD benefits reinstated, twice, when the insurance company decided I was no longer disabled. Later when my husband became disabled they fought successfully for him too. They are caring and very professional and really take the time to listen and follow through with what they tell you they will do.

I was always nervous to ever be around legal disputes. So at the age of 40 I finally needed legal services. I found Mr. Robinson and he made it very easy. He kept me out of harms way and kept it painless. I never knew the law, I never needed to, but he made me aware of my rights and how I was wronged. The other party involved was very savoy and had been through this a million times. Mr. Robinson told me just what they were doing and how they would try to scare people. It was a great day To watch them settle because we were right and everything they had told me were scare tactics. I feel like I have rights now. Mr. Robinson really looked out for me and assured me through the whole ordeal why things happen the way they do and what not. He never made me feel like I should be nervous about the whole thing. He handled me and my family with kids gloves and walked us through everything. So yes I would recommend him and his whole firm to anyone who needed these services. Everyone at his offices were helpful and really cared.

GUERRINI & THOMPSON, P.C. have been my disability lawyers since 2016. They represented me when my disability company denied my LTD claim, submitted an appeal proving that I can no longer do my job due to ongoing health reasons, and my benefits were reinstated. Then two years later, my disability company denied my benefits again, this time requesting proof that I can no longer perform any job due to my health, so they submitted another appeal and my benefits were reinstated. Mr. Dahl has been helping me with an employee benefit matter, specifically a disability insurance claim. I was diagnosed with a severe illness and was receiving long-term disability benefits. My benefits were terminated and I had to file an Appeal or lose the benefits. Even if I filed the Appeal, it did not mean I was going to win. In fact, I had been told that a very large number of Appeals are rejected, no matter what the circumstances. Mr. Dahl helped me file the Appeal and we won. My benefits were reinstated. I am extremely happy with the services Mr. Dahl has provided. He is sympathetic, sincere and compassionate about his clients. Do not trust this guy and his firm, we spoke with him regarding a case evaluation and at the beginning he was pretending to be nice just to get our money and he promised us that he will review the case without any fees. But he asked us to make the payment in advance just to show that we are serious and promise not to touch the money until the case evaluation is done and after we sign the agreement he will use the retainer that we paid for our legal fees which was a lie..
After receiving the payment he is not answering his phone or emails and after calling for days he picked up his phone and was very unprofessional and told us that he cannot review the documents on time and evaluate the case based on the timeline that we agreed before making the payment and started making a statement such as you are very needy clients and very rude conversation leading to arguments and finally he came back and told us that he will not refund the money as we agreed before and he will keep $1,500 for his fees which we didn't agree.
We did not sign any agreement with this guy and he promised to do a free evaluations.
Do not trust this firm or the positive review you see, if you check other websites and check other reviews that he has you see that people are not happy with his service and feel that he is insane which is what I feel it is true after dealing with this guy.
We are in the process of filing complaints with the authorities to get our money back, just make sure you don't trust this guy because he is cheaper.

My fiancé and I originally contacted an attorney in Cincinnati to help with our K1 Visa process, however he seemed a bit…busy? Anyway, after the initial phone conversation and odd feeling, we were lucky enough to find Neil Fleischer.
Neil was there EVERY step of the way, walking us through every aspect with respect, politeness, and a TRUE sense of caring! My (now wife) and I are truly blessed to have worked with him and were married earlier this year.
I can’t speak highly enough of Neil and his team. He always responded right away, was there for a phone call if I was confused about anything, and is a great human being. We are now working with him for my wife’s change of status paperwork.
