I hired an attorney who did a lot of promising and not much other then that. I felt I was being forced into a settlement I felt uncomfortable with. I called Ed and explained my situation. Mr. Dahl has been helping me with an employee benefit matter, specifically a disability insurance claim. I was diagnosed with a severe illness and was receiving long-term disability benefits. My benefits were terminated and I had to file an Appeal or lose the benefits. Even if I filed the Appeal, it did not mean I was going to win. In fact, I had been told that a very large number of Appeals are rejected, no matter what the circumstances. Mr. Dahl helped me file the Appeal and we won. My benefits were reinstated. I am extremely happy with the services Mr. Dahl has provided. He is sympathetic, sincere and compassionate about his clients. Attorney Phifer is one of the most astute probate and estate planning lawyers I know. Not only were his years of experience obvious when dealing with the sometimes confusing details of my grandmother's estate great, but the amount of research that he does as well as his deftness with current laws and trends are very much head and shoulders over other attorneys I spoke with. As the executor of an estate, I tried liquidating a property that was in probate by myself. I ran into many problems and delays because I didn't fully understand real estate or the probate process. Mr. Phifer helped me close the probate and sell the property without any incumbrances. I sold the property in the nick of time before losing it to property taxes.

When Isabel first took our case it didn't look very promising. Our mother lost her job and insurance benefits in the summer of 2016 and she passed the following winter. She did not successfully transfer her life insurance to a separate policy so we didn't expect to receive anything. Isabel fought with the insurance companys to get our family the life insurance, and she went above and beyond when it came to making sure all our affairs were in order. She communicated to us every step of the way, and even if we didn't get the payout I would still highly recommend Isabel and her firm to anyone needing legal assistance.

We were faced with two legal disputes with contractors who did very shoddy work at our home and refused to fix their mistakes. Mr. Denver filed one lawsuit in Ocean County Special Civil Part and another in Monmouth County Superior Court, Law Division. I would have faced a severely depleted financial retirement future had it not been for Mr. Denver's patient persistence in pursuit of Insurance coverage related to the excavation and remediation required as a result of oil seepage from an abandoned oil tank discovered in the process of my selling the house in which I had lived for 40 years, The soil contamination was found to be deep and close to the house foundation, requiring multiple installations of steel foundation supports. With the cost of the remediation building close to 6 figures, and the Insurance Company I had for over 40 years denying my initial Homeowners policy claim, I had the good fortune to have a friend recommend retaining Dr. Denver at the Denver Law Firm. Mr. Denver studied survey maps, engineer's and soil boring reports, and voluminous material and documents related to the Environment Company's work. He worked with me to gather as much documentation as I could find related to past insurance policies even though in the anticipation of moving, I had shredded ancient records. He pursued the Insurance Company to conduct a policy search, established sufficient proof of coverage going back many years, and through negotiations and persistence, and without litigation which could have taken years, successfully obtained for me a significant contribution from the Insurance company toward the cost of the remediation. Although there had been no changes to my health, my insurance company deemed I was no longer disabled, and able to return to full-time work. They abruptly cancelled my insurance. Rhonda Harris Buckner not only successfully reinstated my benefits which allowed our family to keep our house, but she also helped me apply for a separate insurance that was also granted. Rhonda made what could have been a very stressful situation as painless as possible. Traveling to her office and sitting for long meetings would have compromised my health. I was floored when my disability insurance company called one day and said they terminated my LTD benefits. I had always cooperated and communicated with them so I had absolutely no idea this was coming. According to them, I was now fine and should return to work full time.
