I unfortunately hired this lawyer back in 2022 to assist me with my case. The communication from the start was great. It wasn’t until I paid the initial $2500 fee of the total $5000 that the communication started to become really poor. I would persistently reach out to him for info regarding my case and would hardly hear back from him. My biggest issue was that he advised me that I was being sued for $7000 when in actuality it was close to $14k! Talk about false information. But it doesn’t stop there! He OFFERED to assist me with getting my record expunged after my case closed and did absolutely nothing! I contacted his office and spoke with Jimmi, his assistant only to find out that after 2 months of receiving my application, it was not filed with the SA office. So I took matters into my own hands and did the entire process myself. My record was expunged 2 months after I filed it. Mr. Shwarz told me it would take 6 months! Ha! What a joke.

Talia did a great job for me when a disability insurance company cancelled my benefits. She found doctors for me to go to who agreed that after a traumatic brain injury I couldn't go back to work. Walter represented me in a medical malpractice case. My wife and I immediately felt good about him. He was always professional and polite. He was really good about educating us on the situation and explaining things for us in a way that didn't feel condescending at all.
We settled the case before we went to trial and felt very good about everything Walter was able to do for us. I highly NOT recommend Mrs. Kay-Ann Waite. I hired her in April and at the beginning she told me it wasn’t going to take too long and it seemed she was going to work hard for me. Then, I had to constantly ask for updates since she didn’t provided any without me asking. It is June now and since 2 weeks ago, I have been calling to her office and sending emails and text messages asking for updates but it seems pointless. If she is not planning to get the job done, I would like to get a refund and hire another lawyer.

My father passed away in September 2023 . I know that someone passing isnt high on an attorneys lost but honesltly teying to get ahold of her is virtually imposdible . I called numerous times to ask if she had a copy of his last will and what was the next steps were and after being rude and nasty she would proceed to hang up the phone on me multiple times. I have yet to get any calls or contact from her . Just the worst .

Within weeks he had my full face value insurance check plus interest when the insurance company had delayed and put me off for eight months.

I have tried to deal with this firm twice. The first in counter I didn’t have all my ducks in a row I personally needed to find more documentation.
I have done just that and provided it to the firm. The wonderful “ intake specialist “ who is the gate keeper of the actual attorneys. Calls me half cocked with misinformation at the end of the day in an attempt to tell me my documents clearly state the coverage was changed BoonsWang could not help me. Carolina had chose to misinterpret a statement that was not favorable to my situation, As she had not even taken the effort to read the remaining documents to actually gain understanding the next 30 pages.
We tried to have a discussion yet, her tone was as if I was agitating her. She placed the call to me,
I knew very quickly she had not even actual reviewed the documents closely. I pointed out to her one of the most important documents Action of Notification, BASIC+B 5X this is after retirement on 2 different documents with different remarks on them pertaining to retirement
She put me on hold several minutes and never called me back!!! To explain or be accountable for wasting my time.
So there are 30 more pages!!! She never reviewed under a trained professional eye. Caroline only interest was to call me and tell me I was wrong.
How did she get to the 14th document without seeing this information on the 4th document or the retirement date on the first document. She was looking for a way to deny my effort to seek counsel!!! I personally don’t have time to waste ! This level of litigation at a firm of this stature they don’t have time to waste either .
That’s not my mission to waste my time I have an dead line to me I personally am interested in the details the ones on the document from the OPM office 1st the emails are just supporting the claim and they do support my claim. To make a statement about there being two different policies during employment not true there was an annuity that not the same I just didn’t respond to the comment… FERS/FEGLI they are one the same based on time of service and agency. This is to large of a sum of money for my counsel to not pay attention to the details with half measures done by the support staff, “ Intake specialist “ ( gate keeper) thanks for nothing.
I still have to find counsel that will actually pay attention to the details you watsted my time.
I am sure she makes it point to have 10 no’s to every 1 case she allows past her. there are some more complexities and it’s not a slam dunk I would need counsel that is sharper than this intake specialist, As there was some other litigation that was favorably tied to
I would not recommend wasting your time to get your documents in order to send and number and Caroline can’t even tell you were the personally numbered page was. She did know where this one very misinterpreted statement that was on the 14th of the 1st 15 pages I sent over that all she got… Really…🤔🤨

Gave him personal, related case documentation and photos because he seemed motivated to help...only to have him ignore further attempts to move things forward. It's touch enough sharing all of the trouble I've been going through with my condo and the former Trustee who was also the seller, developer, and management (who was responsible for 1 1/2 years of raw sewage episodes in my condo, and threatened me when I asked for help)...but then to be led on and eventually ignored? Our story began in 2021 when we relocated from New Mexico to Baltimore City during the height of the pandemic. We were in search of educational and health services for our five-year-old daughter who is on the autism spectrum and has special needs. As physicians, balancing both the stresses of the pandemic and the complications of the educational system was a struggle. Our frustration grew when we couldn't get our daughter screened for Kindergarten through the Child Find Office, and after several disheartening interactions, we were unsure of where to turn.

I received Mr. Ledyard magnet in the mail, and was actually about to throw it out when I got a call. I had a long conversation with the person who called me, then when I was done, I went back to sorting my mail. I had the thought that I should call him, and I did, that was a little over 3 years ago. For 3 long years his law firm has worked with me, and been a wonderful support group during the process.
Mr. Ledyard is a stubborn wonderful man who will not back down, and will go to the bat for his clients. During the whole process I listened carefully to what he wanted me to do/say and not do/say. The outcome was better than I thought it would be.
I am very glad I was led to you and your team Mr. Ledyard, and I agree with that person you are a very good at your profession.
