This company is awful be aware!!! They do not follow-up with you AT ALL. I had to follow-up on my case with any update. Brittany and Janae will always have an excuse as to why they can never call you back. They clearly don't have enough staff for follow ups , if someone is out. To top it off, I NEVER spoke with the attorney during this entire process! I haven't ever had a law firm where I do not speak with the attorney at all until it's time to pick-up my check. DO NOT USE THEM!! Call Hyatt & Goldbloom where they care about YOU and YOUR CASE!!! This firm only helps themselves!!!! BE AWARE!!!

Mark Martin himself as well as colleagues are phenomenal. The beginning of last year I was extremely stressed with daughters home school. The moment I reached out to Mark Martin's office he got right on my daughters needs for education since then she has been thriving at a new school. I don't know what I would have done. Thank you soo much.

Staff is pretentious and uncaring. A cold environment

I 100% recommend Attorney Alexandra Rosenblatt for your child(ren)’s education. She was very professional and responsive to all of my emails no matter what the issue at hand was. She even worked on my case on weekends just to be sure things were handled in a timely manner. During my original consult, she was very upfront with costs and explained the process for my needs thoroughly. Having a child with special needs can be daunting when it comes to their education. I’m unbelievably grateful she was recommended to me, and I can only hope this review gives another parent the push they need to reach out to her!
