She did a fair assessment of our case, and set our expectations conservatively. Our results were better than what we had expected, due to her preparedness and thoroughness throughout the process. Even after our settlement, she continued to follow up with us, to be sure we were getting everything we were promised. She has a calm demeanor, and would patiently walk us through each step.
