I'm not sure why there's bad reviews but I guess it depends on your case. I have had a great experience with them so far with my case. Cathy is great, there was also another guy I talked to twice I forgot his name he was also great. ( Wish I could remember his name) Then I talked to The lawyer twice and none of them ever gave me any issues or made me think they didn't care. They really work with you. If I ever had another issue I would most definitely ask them to represent me again and I would recommend them to anyone in need of legal advice. Good job Law office of Peter T Nichols.. So my lawyer is totally better than yours :) As a single mom of a daughter with ASD, I had been fighting alone to get the appropriate education for my daughter. I had honestly pushed that fight boulder up the hill for so long that both my mental health and physical health were dire. I called Martin and Martin and pretty much already knew I need Alexandra after talking to other moms with kiddos with similar needs. She is a power house as a lawyer and advocate for our kiddos with specialized needs. I know it can be a hard choice to spend the money but I'd do it again 3x over to get the kind of service and commitment to my child's educational rights. Do not hesitate. If you know that you are being gaslighted and railroaded by your child's school CALL HER. You will NOT regret it. I am forever greatful. Finally im not pushing this boulder alone!
