I use Mid- Atlantic personally and professionally as a realtor. My go to guy is Richard Sterrn because he is knowledgeable and really funny. He makes buying a home as stress free as possible. Rich is really all about educating you and saving you money with helpful tips I didn't get from others in the past. I always get top notch service and flexible locations and times.

Christy Flores and the MAS team were so helpful throughout a delayed and difficult closing. The condo association’s issues delayed settlement a couple of times and Christy adjusted cheerfully and kept me posted on communications with the lender throughout. Because Christy is also an instructor, she does an excellent job of explaining the settlement process at the table and answers clients’ questions clearly and quickly.

Christy Flores did a great job going through all of the documents during signing. She cuts through the jargon and gets to the point, which I greatly appreciate. Christy provided support and encouragement through the wiring process - a scary endeavor for a first time home buyer. I will use Mid-Atlantic Settlement in the future!

First time home buyer, with very little knowledge about the home-buying process. Christy Flores was super patient in helping my wife and I through the wiring process and was extremely thorough and organized with all documents during closing. Given the opportunity we would both work with Christy again!

Although nice people and certainly well-intentioned, I cannot in good faith recommend this title company. I have bought or sold ten houses, three of them remotely in the last year. This was the worst closing I have ever experienced. This was another remote closing, and granted, these can be more complex, but even accounting for this extra complexity doesn't account for how frustrating this process has been. The experience was a constant combination of lack of communication and disorganization - getting names wrong on documents, forgetting to cc key people on emails, forgetting to include key documents on emails, unprofessional emails that were difficult to decipher etc. etc. for days on end. Thus, despite our closing being a 45 day one, we ended up being rushed, having a ton of unnecessary back and forth, and scrambling at the last moment to find expensive mobile notaries in order to make deadlines in time. Again, this was probably not the easiest closing, and certain misunderstandings early on probably made it worse. But, no single misunderstanding can account for the sheer number of frustrations we experienced.

Nicole Antanazzo and her processor, Melissa, did an excellent job. I was kept informed at each juncture leading up to settlement. Nicole made my clients feel comfortable and made the process very streamlined.

Kim Puller and Teressa McMonagle are an awesome team!!! i have had several closing with this team and no matter how difficult they make sure that my clients are are educated and protected according to the contract. They will answer all questions and if they don't know the answer they get the answer. I'm confident that they will protect my clients all the time!!! Kim and Teressa has made my experience as an agent awesome!!! They are an asset to your company.

Richard Sterrn at MASS does a fantastic job as a title attorney. There was plenty of communication prior to settlement to make sure everyone was properly prepared with the correct information. The day of settlement couldn't have gone smoother. Started on time with everything well organized and explained. Thanks Rich.
