I have been working with Kim Puller for over 8 years and absolutely feel as if I could not get any better service anywhere else. Kim is always available by phone OR email. She shows up! Not only does she show up she is very knowledgeable and helps my self and my clients educate ourselves if need be. The team that she has to back her up is 2nd to none and will be glad to assist in Kim's absence.. (if that ever happens) Kim has gone out of her way to make the deal happen!! She will be at the table no matter where that table would be! She NEVER says NO and always is happy to see you! If you need a referral she is your person!!

5 stars all day. Kim did a incredible job coaching me thru all the settlement steps. She even got us thru lots PG county Red Tape without a hitch. My daughter was in FL , so Kim set it up & we did everything Remotely including a remote Notary. Mid-Atlantic even had a app to deposit the buyers checks which cleared in my account in ONE DAY... I would highly recommend Mid- Atlantic & if you want the best ask for KIM.. Thank You Kim
