Shawn Marble saved my deal in June 2021! He was extremely responsive and attentive in dealing with a transfer of death deed issue we had with the buyers title company. Olivia Stewart handled the closing and was accommodating and personable. Thank you Mid-Atlantic Settlement Services for getting the job done and within a small window of time too!

The cost is lower than other title companies. However they were not responsive at all. They even spelled my company name wrong. I corrected them and they agreed to correct it. At the end they sent my commission check and still pay to the wrong company name. I sent them email to let them know the name is wrong. Nobody replied my email. So I deposited it at bank and explained to my bank about the situation. I sent email to let the title company know that I deposited the check. They replied me that they put stop payment on the check. I was trying to recommend this company to another client because the low fee. At this point I am not going to recommend any more. Really unresponsive and unprofessional.
