Richard was a pleasure to work with from beginning to the closing of my family's brand new home. He was professional, courteous, effective, and punctual. He targeted our needs very well and knew exactly what to do and whom to interact with throughout. He made this home buying experience a wonderful time. If you have any doubts, Richard is able to give to you straightforward and offer great advice when you ask it of him. If you have any doubts at all, you can put them away. My wife and I were daunted by the prospect of buying our first house together. Nicole Antonazzo and Melissa Hoffman, the team at Mid-Atlantic Settlement Services, walked us through the process from earnest money deposit to down payment and explained each step so we had few questions. At the closing, Nicole helped us process the pile of required documents speedily and we had copies of everything in our packet by nightfall. Superior service: We recommend them!!!
