We had a great experience working with Mid-Atlantic Settlement Services-- specifically working with Christy Martin. We wouldn't have had it any other way! Christy went above and beyond and helped us through a very difficult situation days before closing. Thank you Christy and Mid-Atlantic!! :) 10/10 would recommend!

Recently had the 4th opportunity to complete a settlement closing but this was the first time I was able to do it fro 700 miles away! Hats off to Mid-Atlantic for orchestrating a seamless, pain-free experience. Special kudos to my settlement attorney, Richard Sterrn. Thorough, well-informed, and with the patience of Job! Smooth!

Nicole did a great job with our closing. She was friendly and very helpful in arranging and conducting the appointment, and ensured all of the tasks and paperwork were completed quickly and efficiently.

I used Mid-Atlantic Settlement when I refinanced my mortgage. Nicole Antonazzo was amazing. She called introduced herself and was able to answer my questions ahead of time. Christy Martin of Mid-Atlantic Settlement Services did an outstanding job as our Settlement Officer. Her work was careful and efficient. She answered all of our questions and took the time to explain every aspect of the process in a way that put our minds at ease. She was very detail-oriented, and we were fully confident of her preparation and execution of the settlement documents. She was diligent in providing follow-up information quickly in response to our queries as the documents were being prepared in draft form, and she provided everything in perfect final form needed during settlement itself, and equally importantly, she continued top-level service on all follow-up actions after the settlement was over.
