Mid-Atlantic Settlements is a very professional title company. I use them for all my transaction. Kim Puller is the consummate professional and an excellent closer with a great delivery when explaining the specifics of all documents to my clients. She knows her profession very well. She and her processor Teressa Mcmonagle have always been able to close on time even if problems come up along the way. Mid-Atlantic Settlements should be your first choice when needing a title company.
