We were extremely fortunate to have Kim Puller and her processor, Teressa, at MidAtlantic Settlement, to work with us and guide us through the tediousness of closing on a house. Kim and Teressa made the entire process, from start to finish, a transparent and friendly experience - we could not have been luckier to have both of them working with us. Kim worked with us a bit more closely and held our hand often as we worked our way through the quagmire of paperwork and numbers needed to buy and settle a house; Teressa worked in the background to make the process seamless. Kim has always made herself readily available by phone even after-hours and on weekends - truly great service! We have had many settlement specialists among the seven homes we have bought and sold over the years and these specialists were by far the easiest and most pleasant to work with. My wife and I very highly recommend Kim and Teressa to anyone needing a title company/settlement company to help them in a home purchase in the Maryland area.
