The lawyer called at the scheduled time, researched the correct answer while I waited on the call, and gave me the answer I needed to proceed with a legal matter. It is comforting to have a lawyer on standby when you need them. Even for just a question. I am grateful!

The service from FFT l was very bad until Deborah Steele stepped in and took over the project.

Had to constantly followup with this firm, and submitted proof of my car ownership, but they kept claiming I did not own my car and would not even advise me on my case. There was no official documentation saying another person owned my vehicle but they continually denied me advice and would not let me speak to whoever made up that information. LegalShield would not reassign me to another firm either. They have created so many obstacles that makes a client want to give up but ill just take my business somewhere else.

Thru legal shield , had 5 days to get my defense for a fake peace order, didn't get anyone I went to trial alone with no advice. Then they lied to legal shield said they only had two business days. I have all call records it was 5 business days. Extremely dishonest and shady
