I am not having a good time with this firm. I opened two cases. The first case was deemed a “conflict of interest”. Allegedly legal shield will reassign the case, but I have not heard back and it’s been several days. I received a call for the second case and it was alarming. I explained my situation and the attorney asked - “so what you like to do?” Excuse me??? I literally had to tell him that I am asking for advice, which is the purpose of the call. I thought perhaps that he simply was not understanding me, so I asked to send him the documentation I have. I had to say this 3-4 times before he finally relented and sent me a link. He then told me I had to wait 3 business days from the submission of the documents, which are simple and only 3 pages long with non technical information. Today, I received a follow up call, but I missed it. I called back 3 minutes later, but the office was closed. I then received a call 10 minutes later from the same attorney and he was CALLING FOR SOMEONE ELSE. When I told him I was not the person he was calling for, but I did receive a call 10 minutes from this number and have an open case, he said “well the office is actually closed” and bumbled about before I just hung up out of frustration. I know that with legal shield customers, you probably aren’t earning as much money as you would normally. That said, that is no reason to deliver horrible service and pretend to be inept to get out of doing work you likely don’t deem worth it. I am upset and disheartened at my experience with this form, and I hope that it gets better from here.

I’m giving a five rating mainly because of the excellence service provided to my wife and I by Annice Brown. She guided us through a very difficult process and I cannot stress the amount of gratitude I have for her service. She is very knowledgeable of the law as well as how it coincided with our situation. She’s very reassuring and always lended her support. I highly recommend her!

I have received quick responses when I have sent an email and the attorney has called me soon after she received emails from me. The attorney helped me focus my complaint to make it legally actionable and was very easy to deal with.

Attorney Jack Rhodes did an excellent job in contacting us, advising us and composing a very professional letter in our behalf. We were successful in our endeavors due to the letter. We are so thankful and very satisfied!

My attorney Ms. Tarter was unable to help me get out of my apartment infested with mice and take any action against a roomate committing illegal activity.
