He actually got a judgment against her estate for his fee for providing these "services" which he had to repudiate when they finally caught up to him. After we parted ways several years ago, I found many of his "positive" reviews came from his own associates or their families. He also posted an anonymous judge supposedly "praising" for him, which is an unethical rules violation, even if true. He's still a danger to the public. Gregg Greenberg was also involved in deceiving us. Now they have this guy Fishelman- Beware, he fits the Zipin profile. He gives himself 5-star reviews here on Google, and almost all his other positive reviews come from first timers who, if they are real, were probably pressured or compensated for their reviews. A quick check shows no Fishelman cases filed for the random five samples I picked with several mentioning referral to chiropractors, or same day chiropractor google reviews. Someone ought to investigate. Hello insurance companies, attorney general, bar counsel!
