I hired Philip Zipin to provide guidance on how to handle my severance agreement from my previous employer. He offered objective and knowledgeable council, and was very instrumental in helping to negotiate a successful outcome in my favor. Philip Zipin is experienced in his field, knowledgeable, responsive, professional, and personable. It was a very unfortunate situation to have to be in, but I was very glad to have Phil help me navigate it and represent me.

I called and it just so happens that my case is the only one where it would cost $320 hr just to "talk" about my case to their attorney and another undisclosed amount to retain the attorney. very unprofessional and scam'ish if you ask me.

Phil, is an amazing human being in addition to his professional counsel, and law practice. He is very reliable, honest, and wise person.
I don't know what the last reviewer is talking about, but one thing I know for sure is that the problem is not with Phil.
I can talk about my experience where he kept a very crazy Landlord at his bay every time he bark for no reason.
I really do respect him for that.
I strongly advise Phil, to work with.
