We worked with Joe O'Sullivan from Statera Law for a home purchase in the geater Boston area. Their firm was recommended to us by our mortgage agent, and we couldn't be happier. From the initial phone conversation to the signing of all the papers and owning the house, Joe has been very communicative and pro-active. He made it clear that we can reach out to him anytime and he was responsible over email, even outside of business hours as needed. He explained the process to us, worked with the other party's lawyers well, and helped get all parties to an easy agreement, and prepared all the necessary paperwork in time for closing. This was all done remotely as I was out of town, and we only met one time at the day of closing. It was a smooth transaction and I recommend this firm.
