I would highly recommend Statera Law. We worked with Kyle Smith upon recommendation of our broker for a condo closing in Brookline, MA. From our first phone call, I felt incredibly comfortable that we were in good hands. The communication via phone and email was the best I have ever experienced - clear and to the point. Every question I asked was answered and they provided calendar invites for all of the critical dates leading up to the closing with reminders so that we were always one step ahead. The closing was easy and he explained every page as we signed it. Hands down the best closing experience we have ever had.
