Kyle Smith and the Statera crew were very helpful and attentive throughout the procedure of purchasing our first home in Boston. The unit in a property circa 1782 came with multiple legal quirks: protection under a preservation easement, appraisal issues based upon the listing's livable square footage (heated area), and necessary common area repairs falling under the HOA. Kyle walked us through how these issues affected the buying process and our expectations as owners moving forward. We are grateful for his swift action and attention to detail!
