Super approachable and quick process of closing on our home as first time home buyers. Brendan and Kyle were super responsive!

Joe O’Sullivan, Kyle Smith, and the staff at Statera Law exceed expectations. We had a very smooth transaction selling our condo. Joe was efficient, always one step ahead of all parties, and organized - we felt completely taken care of! Then, the purchase of our new home was full of twists and turns - it was very stressful. Luckily we had Joe and Kyle on our side! They were incredibly generous with their time. We always received excellent advice and felt confident along the way that we were in good hands through the lengthy process. Our family is so grateful that we worked with Joe and Kyle, they are true professionals and great people!

Kyle and team helped us navigate an otherwise HORRIFIC experience with closing (due to the lender we used). They were head and shoulders above any other closing agent/lawyer we've ever used. They were available to us at all hours (not just business hours), through email/text/phone when we had questions, and spoke in a way that ordinary people (not lawyers) can understand. For the price paid, you will not receive better service or attention from any other agency or team. Brendan helped my wife and I when we were in the process of buying our first home (during the early stages of the pandemic). The entire process was new to us. Brendan helped is throughout the process, from helping connect us to a realtor, all the way to closing. He probably would have helped us move in if we asked!
