Family Wills and Trusts did a phenomenal job in my family’s estate planning. Stu Williams provided a thorough process to develop a will, trust, and long-term medical plan. My husband and I wanted to set up a will and do some estate planning. Stuart explained the process, which he was very detailed, and made sure that we understood everything and the benefits of planning ahead of time. Stuart, the attorney of Family Wills & Trusts, is extremely organized, thorough, and personable. From the start, he walks you through every step of the process by breaking down your entire portfolio of assets, explaining a trust and it's purpose, determining your needs and desires, and then building your trust. Every step of the process is methodical and follows a well-built checklist he has perfected for the process. It's obvious that he is a person that takes pride in doing an excellent job for his clients. It's not often you find someone that has spent so much time perfecting such a complicated process for a layman. You won't regret choosing his firm to build your trust. All of his fees are upfront and explained before any charges are incurred. This trust is not your ordinary trust. It’s a leather-encased three-ring binder that is broken up into easily searched sections. He also provides an electronically saved version at the end. His assistance in answering quetions about funding the trust has been excellent as well. I highly recomment Stuart for developing a trust!
