I could not have asked for a better experience!!! Stuart Williams of Family Wills and Trusts was honest, sincere, and genuine in his desire to help me set up the perfect trust for my needs. He was professionalism personal, knowledgeable, thorough, and very organized. I like the education letters sent to me. I like that my "package" includes updating meetings with him, all included in the fee. I I like the portfolio I received in an organized format. He answered every question and I learned a great deal along the way. I feel confident and relieved that my Trust , Will, and DPA for my health care are all taken care of and made easy for my family in the future! I highly recommend Stuart Williams and Family Wills and Trusts.

I met with Stuart and was impressed with the various options he offered to his clients, his comprehensive overview of what needs to go into a trust, and his personality. I was looking for an attorney who knew how to develop trusts that would impact children with special needs. He was very organized, always had an agenda, and offered services I've not found with other attorneys in this area (he has a flat fee structure) - questions for you to think about when determining options for your special needs child(ren). He explains the importance of financial aspects, things to consider when naming successor trustees, special needs trusts, etc. He also did research on the ABLE account to explore what was best for my daughter. He was very open to suggestions that I made as well. In the end, you get not only the trust itself, which is beautifully organized, but an electronic copy. You also have the opportunity to leave an audio legacy for your child(ren) telling them important things that you want them to know and why you made the choices you did in planning your trust. He follows up promptly and I can't recommend him highly enough!! It was a fantastic experience!

My husband and I found his professionalism and attention to detail coupled with his kind and compassionate personality just the combination we needed to make the process effortless. Our Trust is now updated and beautifully organized for our children to refer to in the future. We highly recommend Stuart!

Several years ago while living in another state, I had written my own Trust, Will, etc using a do-it-yourself book. I have a simple estate so figured that was good enough. Later I moved to Michigan and wanted to be sure everything was legal here, plus I wanted to fine tune the details. This time I didn't want the nagging question of "Did I do this correctly?". I found Family Wills & Trusts online, had the initial meeting, and was very pleased with Stuart. I followed through and had him write up my Estate Plan. He's very meticulous and brought up several issues I (or the book) had not thought of. I'm very pleased (and confident) with my new Estate Plan and can recommend him to anyone wanting that peace of mind knowing your affairs are in order and you've made things much easier for your heirs.

What I have found through the folks at Family Wills and Trusts is peace of mind and the weight of the world lifted off my shoulders. I had recently been in the hospital and found myself worrying about what would happen to my wife and family if the worse were to happen. And I thought, “you really should be thinking about getting well and not worrying about what happens if you don’t.” Right then and there I decided to do something about estate planning as soon as I could. From the first meeting with Stuart Williams at Family Wills and Trusts I felt at ease. Stuart took the time to carefully listen to my needs and concerns and gave me options for addressing my needs. He really understands all aspects of the process and explained everything to me carefully and completely. One thing I really liked was the flat fee structure Family Wills offers. So another thing I did not need to worry about was working with the meter running, so to speak, The whole process was very well organized, relaxed and easy. I provided Stuart with some basic information and he did the rest. I had multiple opportunities to review his work and my suggestions were listened to and incorporated with ease. The whole process for me took less a month and at the end I had a great feeling of relief knowing that I need not worry again. I know that Stuart Williams is a man I can trust and I recommend Family Wills and Trusts to anyone with estate planning needs.

Attorney Kareem Johnson is a great lawyer. He is trustworthy, responds to all calls no matter what time I call him. If I reach his voicemail, he always calls back. He is very knowlegeable of the law and kept me well informed through out my son's trial. My son was charged w/ armed robbery and was able to get my son a lessor charge in trial from an all white jury. (My son is African American). He said from day one that my son did not commit an arm robbery, but a smash and grab. He fought hard and got the charge that we wanted. My son is 19 years of age, now has a chance to get his life back together, and record espunged . I recommend him and consider him my lawyer in the future if I ever need him again. (hopefully not)

Kareem Johnson responded fast after I originally contacted him. Throughout my case he kept me informed and advocated my wishes. I highly recommend him.

I had a run in with the police, got caught up with weapons charge, gun charge, , resisting arrest and some baby mama drama. Mr. Johnson got me dismissed on r charges and not guilty on the rest!!
